i discovered i never posted this here.,?? its the first comic ive ever done. i really like the cover piece even tho i feel the other two pages.,. could be improved (that one pose is so stiff it kills me dont look too hard). it was like.,., a year ago or something tho so.,.

anyways my beautiful son Rook and his traumatic back story (wife die). made this for a class shortly after i created him. hes based off the song “I’m Your Man” by mitski if ya couldn’t tell.

did a pokemon gym leader sona thingie with friends!!! i had to do some over the top trans pride color thing for fairy type. also i tried to do.,., close to the pokemon style and let me tell you it was so hard. such a struggle.,.,.. this took so much effort.

i like how the fit turned out tho. imagine losing to this guy in pokemon.

the shading was crazy bc i did all the pokemon in a softer style and then looked at the gym leader/trainer refs again and realized they all had cel shading.,., it was so evil.

also objectively this could be the next natural stage (cowboy) of my player character in whatever i played last.,., sword??? maybe i should have made the hair pink to match.

ive been pretty awfully artblocked as of late, as well as being busy with internship stuff, but this guy is the product of very vague thoughts and pondering about a fantasy world with a large pterosaur fauna presence... and some sophonts from there... idk if ill actually make anything crazy with it. But ill have some place to put worldbuilding ideas i cant really use in pareidolia because, well. it takes place in sweden... lol

oc pink as a dictator. (inspired by an image from pinterest and also that one cat that was a dictator.) i think this drawing is incredibly funny and it has reignited my will to draw.

also he is finally living up to his originally intended purpose of being drawn in insane fucking outfits.
