New rick and morty episode was FINE! Read more for other opinions and stuffs...

So like, I didn't dislike it. Actually I enjoyed it ALOT and was giggling during the whole thing, it's only "okay" when I compare it to the other episodes this season which i was just more into. I mean we haven't had a single episode with all the Smiths in it and interacting this whole season which sucks? There's obviously more episodes so we will get one eventually but still.

Onto the GOOD stuff now.

JERRY. I MISSED HIM. IT WAS PERFECT. SO MUCH JERBETH. HONESTLY THE WHOLE JERRY CHARACTERISATION WAS PERFECT I NEEDED THAT FIR HIS FIRST EPISODE BACK.

When he became the full Werebunny because he saw Morty was in danger and didnt kill him or Rick when they went against his mind control:(

I'm so happy he hates Easter in the end I needed him more miserable.

MORTY AND RICK were VERY silly this episode. We haven't had much interaction between these two this season so having them go on the adventure together and bicker was sweet. Rick's face of disappointment whenever Morty mispronounced Andromeda was perfect, me too dude. Rick's fascination with the butt guys was also great I'm very happy in the end we figured out they had penises in the front.

Anyway. It was a good episode I'll probably rewatch it alot.

Me rambling about Arcade Morty down below, Rick and Morty s8 ep3 spoilers, is really just incoherent rambling I don't think half of it is even correct

Drawing Parallels between Arcade Morty and his want for freedom vs Evil Morty and his want for freedom. Both left feeling unsure and alone after they finally get what they want. The only difference is Evil Morty wants to be alone and has no care for other Mortys wheras Arcade Morty did everything he could to save the other Mortys just to let them go again at the end so they could all have the freedom they wanted.

For me, I think Arcade Morty isnt really "free", I think his ideal freedom was when the Mortys lived on the asteroid together. But he's obviously very loyal and cares alot for his alternate selves and put their happiness ahead of his own even though he easily could have just taken them back to the asteroid to start a new town and none of them would've spoken up about it. Its almost like he traded his freedom for theirs, while Evil Morty traded everyone else's 'freedom' for his own, if that makes sense. Like, he killed all of these alternate versions of Rick and Morty just so he could get his freedom (and yet he still isn't satisfied). Maybe I'm just reading into the Arcade Morty character wrong idk I've watched it once at 6:30am this morning.

The new Rick and Morty episode was so good yes I almost cried and yes I'm extremely happy about what Rick took center stage. On another note, click more for screenshots I took during the episode

Hooves Rick killed his 10 seconds of screen time. I liked the premise of the episode and Arcade Morty has to be one of my favourites now.

I decided to change Miami Mortys outfit slightly and gave him shorts that have a bikini print on them because I think it's funny. (and more appropriate, though i do think him dressing provocative is important to the character) Also,I actually was inspired to do this because I noticed how Miami Mortys body is drawn to be more "curved" whereas the rule of thumb for drawing Normal Mortys body is that he's just 2 straight parallel lines. Then I wondered what he'd look like wearing the classic Morty outfit. Then I remembered my older Morticia and Miami fanart and voila, I created this.

I want to talk about Miami Morty more because I have alot of thoughts on how his character could act like and what his story could be, but for now just have this.

Space Beth and Rick episode. I've been praying for times like this. Rick saying "Daddy's coming" I was AWEING so hard. He wanted to prove himself to her without being overbearing (even if he was overbearing at times) that's such a dad thing. Rick was dadding hard this episode.

Only con is No Morty or Summer and yet again, no Jerry. Jerry next episode guys trust. Speaking of, CITADEL EPISODE SOON!! WE'RE RUNNING ON CANON NEXT SUNDAY BOYS!!

Watching Mortynight Run specifically for the Jerryboree plot and noticed this Rick and Jerry smiling and talking all happy in the background. Thought it was sweet.
