Gods and Pawns is an original story, starting out as an SCP Foundation AU in early 2018 and has its beginning roots all the way back in 2013 when I first got into SCP. The story was once featured as multiple ask blogs (starting with @gods-and-pawns) that have been since discontinued. Since then the AU co-creator (Blue) and I (Spooky) have decided to turn this story into an original work.

This blog is meant to document the rewriting of Gods and Pawns into an original story of its own and the concept art/ideas/WIPs/etc. I honestly just wanted to post our work somewhere just because it makes me happy :]

My name's Spooky, I'm 22 years old, use any pronouns, and I'm one of the creators of Gods and Pawns! I am making this story with my best friend Blue, aka @bluethepearldiver, though for now I am the only person running this blog. After chatting with Blue, we agreed for me to make a blog detailng our progress and to post concept art! I'm honestly just happy to be posting about our OCs :]

A spiritual successor to @gods-and-pawns, now set in an original story setting. This blog focuses on some minor characters in GaP to develop them (and the setting/worldbuilding) more while the main story is being worked on. The story of Gods and Pawns is still a work of progress so things might be subject to change in the future.

Just a small announcement!

I dunno how interested anybody is anymore in this small project but

Blue and I are turning Gods and Pawns into a completely original story!

We are planning for the new story to be told through collaborative fics, illustrations, small comic fragments, animations and maybe even an ask blog! It might take a long while though as we need to redo the entire plot

IMPORTANT UPDATE!

My friend and AU co-owner have decided we will be rebooting the Gods and Pawns blogs, so this blog is going to be inactive from now on and will be kept as an archive. I'll let you all know when the reboot blog is up and running.
