At a Milwaukee ritual in May 2018, Jeffrey Fortune went into cardiac arrest and passed away later that night in hospital. Ghost cancelled the remainder of the show but came back that Halloween to finish it.

They created a special shirt and poster design featuring Jeffrey and Cardi wearing matching Michael Myers costumes for the occasion, and all merch proceeds went to Jeffrey’s family.

I’ve just read that the Fortunes have attended the ritual in Grand Rapids, MI a few days ago and it broke me. Papa spotted them in the first rows and paid tribute to Jeffrey and his family, but not a lot of people apparently understood what he was talking about.

That’s okay.

I think this story deserves to be circulated widely again because this is what Ghost is all about. Class act from Tobias. He’s an angel with a soul made of rainbows. Too kind and too good for this world, clearly.

i’m going to hold your hands when i say this and i am only going to be kind about it once: ai does not belong in fandom spaces, ever. not in writing, not in art, not in video, not at all. it does not matter how bad you want to see your favourite characters kiss, or how much you need a bit of help finishing a chapter, or whatever.

make friends with artists. commission somebody. learn to draw yourself. ask for a beta read. try a writing partnership. fandom spaces are communities, so engage with them! it is about the journey and the fact that we all love something enough to create and build together about that thing.

spending 30 seconds to kill a tree and get an AI to push out some soulless empty piece of “content” is antithetical to the entire point of being engaged with fandom, and if you’ve taken to doing this you should really reconsider if you belong in these spaces with the rest of us.

Honestly my favorite part of working with kids, is when they find the costumes chest.

Cause my coworkers get surrounded by a gaggle of kids and turned into drag queens.

Banning porn off Steam and itch. Attempts to ban and IP range-block VPNs. Age verification for not just porn, but anywhere you could maybe possibly see porn, including basic social media features like DMs.

Only thing I can accept is Perp and Frater being half American due to sister. But Nihil 100% Italian and Frater was raised by Merika his paternal aunt so the manz be Italian.

Hot take: I am ok with primo being nihils brother mainly due to his age, he was confirmed either to have been in his 70s or 80s (which means Nihil had him super early or is absolutely ancient).
