Wing Chun

It's been 6 years since I have trained in a class, there is no Wing Chun where I live now but unlike other martial arts I have taken up, the desire to learn and practice Wing Chun never left me. With lack of options a friend kn the UK has sent me videos and is willing to video call me and talk through questions. I have been training the forms again Some how this rusty senior level student with cerebral palsy has got 2 friends waiting in the wings to train them. How did this happen? I am by no means and expert but I remember a lot of my training. How did this happen?

I hate having Cerebral Palsy....

I have adapted to it in every area of my life, the only pllace it really gives me issues is sex.

the quality of my sex life (for me at least) is fantastic! i just wish i was capable of giving my wife some variety when it comes to positions, but trying new things in the moment leads to uncertainty and stress and anxiety which kills the mood.

Now my wife will be the first to tell me it's the connection that is most important and we have that no doubt! I just put it in my head she could be getting a little bored (and I wouldn't blame her)

I wish I hadn't been so reflective this past week, I feel like a self pittying spastic.

When you get micro managed at work when I'm literally one of 5 people that actually knows how to do the job, even then I am in the top 2. Feeling a tad unappreciated. On top of that Lemmy from Motorhead died. The Mrs and I got to see them a few years back and they didn't disappoint! Here's to a legend! Thank God I have my beautiful girls to come home to when life pisses me off <3 Just need a physical outlet for this crap lol
