Brut Cuveé Ca' del Tava from Monsupello winery, #OltrepoPavese, Lombardia @monsupello 🥂🍾🍾🥂 #winesiena2018 Laura, one of the owners of this family winery (I read more about them in the book they gave me today, being very curious), told me more about the name of this wine. ... Ca' del Tava is the name of a vineyard at the original farm they used to have in a dustrict close by, where they not only cultivated grapes, but also different cereals, animals, etc. ... Dalla Terra Riserva 2011 from Tenuta del Conte This is a 100% #Gaglioppo which was one of Mariangela's first experiments when she took over the management of the family #winery in #Calabria. ...
