So I’ve been waking up earlier without the use of an alarm. Boo

But when I wake and realize I have more time to sleep I get so happy and go back to sleep

Lately I cannot stay asleep long after

If I have to work, I panic that I’ll over sleep

If I don’t, I panic that I’m wasting too much time sleeping

Then my sleep quality is ruined and my day starts off badly
