The thing is... Israel admitted to this from the very beginning.

They said the confessions were obtained through 'interrogation' in the Shin Bet aka torture (Shin Bet is where they like to torture Palestinian prisoners for intel) so every country that cut funding to the UNRWA knew from the beginning that Israel was using false forced statements.

Yes, Qui-Gon Jinn still dies. Mostly because I couldn’t figure out what on earth I would do with him, but I also think there would be some unfair implications if I let him live (such as the idea that Ahsoka could have saved him when Obi-Wan couldn’t. I figure I can love and appreciate Ahsoka as the best character ever without shitting on poor Obi-Wan). Also! I thought Qui-Gon’s funeral was cool. So. Wins all around.

Terms to define:

Likud - meaning “Consolidation”, as it represented the consolidation of the Israeli right. Netenyahu is the leader of this political party.

Knesset - Hebrew (and Arabic) word for ‘gathering’ ‘assembly’. The unicameral legislature of Israel.

COGAT - The Coordinator of Government Activities in the Territories (COGAT) is a unit in the Israeli Ministry of Defense that engages in coordinating civilian issues between the Government of Israel, IDF, international organizations, diplomats, and the Palestinian Authority.

NSC - National Security Council

Lehi - often known pejoratively as the Stern Gang, was a Zionist paramilitary militant organization founded by Avraham (“Yair”) Stern in Mandatory Palestine (the period which Britain claimed this middle eastern area as its colony; 1920-1948).

Yesh Atid - a centrist, liberal Zionist political party in Israel.

Zehut - was a right-libertarian and nationalist political party in Israel founded in 2015 by Moshe Feiglin.
