new character has been added to the copaganda gauntlet. a “psychiatrist” who shows up every other episode or so who profiles the perp, dramatically stating evert time “he’s the Type of Person who does Crime…he has priors…”

i’m watching law and order svu, for whatever reason. it is terrible but i can’t stop watching. anyway this is the most insidious copaganda i have ever seen. exhibit A is treatment of the concept of a defense attorney, who are either evil greedy men or naive, bumbling women. in this season 2 episode, a victim tells a defense attorney that he will burn in hell. he replies “I’m Jewish. There is no hell.” like ah yes, the Evil Greedy Jewish Lawyer, who due to his religion has no morals. we have the antisemitism and anti civil rights one two punch right there. this shit is insane.
