I'm in a difficult moment where I'm trying to create an unique art style, MY art style. But as someone who's not an artist in any shape and form, it's very very hard. Still, I'm trying to learn this cartoonish, hard outline style I associate a lot with Cartoon Network and other cartoons from the 2000s and see if it's gonna to evolve into something I can call it's mine.

I felt that tracing a Rie-chan artwork from Pop'n Music and turning into my favorite SSX character (Kaori Nishidake) would be a good practice.

Gonna be Cringe and wave my arms a bit about the fact I have an 18+ RP Server for a mix of Jet Set Radio, Bomb Rush Cyberfunk and SSX (duh).

it would have been easy for the transport menu in SSX 3 to be just something you can select after pausing. it would have been interesting flavor for it to instead be a ski-lift you walk over to in some chill hub zone. it is neither of those things. it is instead a building that you snowboard over to, riding down a system of branching paths that function as nested menu options you are drilling down through, while having full control of the character and being able to grind on environment objects and build a combo as if you were in any other level. there are also hidden collectibles (just like in the regular levels) if you start really exploring the area.

All of that, in place of a menu. a menu that is also available if you'd rather use that. That is the quality of SSX 3.

These are young Felix and DJ So far, Cyber is more passionate about DJing than writing or skateboarding. and Felix is just starting to skate, and therefore uses full equipment (I will make a small comic with them soon (if not, I will post it in a text version)
