Watching Bohemian Rhapsody (2018) for the first time

Before I start the review,I just want to say that it’s wonderful to be back in the world of tumblr once again after my long absence due to burnout and stress in my personal life and I wish all of you a happy new year and I hope you enjoy this review

• I like what they did with the 20th century fox intro.

• Why is he being discriminated at his job, I hate it :(

I ABSOLUTELY LOVED THIS FILM, So I’ll have to give it a 10/10 because it has made me laugh,cry and even be a bit angry and it was based on a true story of Freddie Mercury and I hope that you enjoyed the first review of the year and I will see you soon !!!!

I rate this episode 10/10 because it was surprising and I loved the reveal of Moriarty as he has been spoken about throughout the series and I’m excited to watch season two

I rate it a 10/10 because it was such a good follow up episode and I’m really excited to watch the rest

Watching Christopher Robin for the first time (2018) (spoilers)

• The introduction to the film is absolutely brilliant like a children’s book

• I love the adaptations of the live action Winnie the Pooh characters (they look like stuffed toys which is adorable)

• Eyeore’s voice is so ominous it’s amazing

• The rabbit and the owl argue like an old married couple which is quite hilarious

• The cake looked so delicious it didn’t deserve to be demolished so violently :(

• the scenery in this film is so beautiful alongside the emotional dialogue between Pooh and Christopher (both compliment each other so well )

• Why is Christopher going to boarding school ? They’re depicted as being miserable in every movie that mentions them ( Are they that bad ??? )

• HE LEFT THE DRAWINGS BEHIND :(

• Was drawing during class that bad that there was punishment ??

• His dad died ( but he was mean so I guess it’s not that bad)

• Piglet being Pooh’s therapist is so cute ☺️ (second best friendship in this film)

• MARK GATISS,PETER CAPALDI AND SIMON FARNABY ARE IN THIS FILM (3 absolutely brilliant actors)

• Evelyn is so pretty 🤩

• Evelyn x Christopher (power couple)

• NOOOO Christopher got shipped off to war when Evelyn was pregnant

• Evelyn named the baby madeleine

• I’m happy Christopher and Madeline met :) (but they seemed tense)

• Christopher aged poorly tbh and Evelyn aged better

• YOU CAN’T SHUT YOUR FAMILY OUT LIKE THAT, CHRISTOPHER (Physically and emotionally)

• I LOVE THE SUITCASE KNOCKING OVER (best moment with absolutely no plot relation)

• Mark Gatiss acting as an authority figure is brilliant (Mycroft Holmes and Giles)

• Madeline is a smart girl with an imagination similar to her father

• Madeline is fed up with her dad and she should be, her dad literally shuts her away and expects her to to study all the time but she’s got to have her childhood whilst she still has it

• Madeline’s note got ruined :(

• POOH WITHOUT HONEY AND HIS BESTIES (poor guy)

• The door between One hundred acre wood and London reminds me of the door between the real world and the other world in the Coraline universe

• POOH REUNITED WITH CHRISTOPHER :) (Second best friendship in this film)

• I DON’T LIKE THE NEXT DOOR NEIGHBOUR

• Pooh hugs Christopher but he move away :(

• Christopher breaks his promises

• I hate that Christopher loses his temper Every 5 seconds

• POOH’S NOT HUMAN SO HE CAN’T RELATE TO CHRISTOPHER

• Madeline can control the gang better than Christopher

• Madeline is so reckless and responsible at the Same time

• Madeline is like an escape master

• THE MOST INTENSE BUSINESS MEETING

• the van driver doesn’t know about the suitcase hanging by a thread (literally) that fell off their van

• Christopher trying to explain everything is so serious and funny at the same time

• The office worker trying to conclude that Christopher is insane is so dumb

• NOOO SHE FELL DOWN THE STAIRS REALISING THE PAPERS ALL OVER LONDON

• Christopher is being a good father and husband (took him long enough)

• Get roasted Giles !!!

• Everyone reunited at one hundred acre wood

• Pooh and his honey 🍯

• THE ENDING IS SO BEAUTIFUL (Pooh and Christopher have the best friendship in this movie)

I give this film a 9.5 out of ten because I wanted to see a bit more of Madeline and Evelyn

Watching The woman in black for the first time (2012) (spoilers)

• Poor Victoria Hardy and her family, Elizabeth, Nathaniel,Sam, The three little girls and their mother,Nicholas and most importantly Jennet and Lucy and Joseph

• The jump scares in this film are brilliant

• The scenery in this film is absolutely stunning

• Joseph never met his mother :(

• Why did they keep Nathaniel’s birthday cards ???

• Jennet only wanted to see her son :(

• Jennet killed herself :o

• Sleep with one eye open Arthur, You know the house is haunted

• The dog is Arthur’s hero; Without her Arthur would probably be dead by now

• Arthur do you really think that you can fight a ghost with an axe and candle ???

• Arthur chuck the rocking chair out the window or something don’t just sit there staring at it !!!

• I know that people in horror films are meant to be dumb but Arthur has one brain cell the same size as a grain of sand

The message on the wallpaper reminds of the doctor who episode “blink” and I love it

I love the handprints on the windows

A ghost (probably of the little boy outside your window coming towards you ) is at your door and trying to get you and your stupid self is going to open the door (I was right)

• By opening the door you just let the ghosts/spirts to waltz in your house with bloody (🩸) footprints and like an idiot you follow them

• STOP GRABBING ON TO CANDLES LIKE A LIFELINE

• The dolls in this film are so evil I love them

• The woman in black is coming to get you and I hope she does (He got saved but for what reason ??? )

• They tell you to not enter a burning building (for obvious reasons) and Arthur does it anyway

• The woman in black is an absolute menace

•Arthur goes swimming in a marsh to retrieve a dead body and almost dies for the hundredth time

• JUMP OFF THE SINKING CARRIAGE ARTHUR

• Sam I know you lost your son but it probably wasn’t Nicholas

• Dramatic entrance from the woman in black but she’s with her son :)

• JOSEPH SURVIVED !!!!!

• Joseph is as much of an idiot as his father for jumping in the train track whilst a train is coming but it technically wasn’t his fault

• JOSEPH DIED ( I couldn’t care less about the fact his dad died as well) and they’re all reunited with the mother

I give this film a 10/10 even if Arthur was kind of stupid
