Hello friendo! I've a question for your Executioknight! Considering his circumstances it's understandable he keeps things close to his chest, and takes time to trust others. But, is it easy for him to forgive others?

Good question, friendo!

Derrinall is surprisingly forgiving of other people, all things considered. He doesn't ever dwell on the past too much, even back before his death he always cared more of the present than anything else. He was told and saw from a young age that his family was always taken early in life, his bloodline supposedly being cursed by the Elementals, so instead of focusing on his inevitable short future he hard focused on the "here and now" instead. This viewpoint extends to his current "second life" as he describes it. So if you slighted him in the past and show remorse, he doesn't hold too many grudges and is willing to let it all be water under the bridge fairy easily. He'll still be an ass about it from time to time but not (usually) in any truly antagonistic way.

Junelezen Day 4: Departure

Sickness took him early, just as it had all the others of his family. A curse from the Elementals, he was always told. Derrinall was buried at only 33 summers old, just before the total collapse of Gelmorra. He was not able to witness the end of his people...but perhaps this was a blessing in disguise. His soul went adrift in the Aetherial Sea for years, then decades, then centuries. His sense of self persevered through the times, all the way to the point he was forcefully pulled from its currents.

💋- Derrinall can be a bit forceful when he goes in for a kiss, preferring to go for the cheek but will accept a demand for on the lips. No wavering or hesitation, when he decides he wants to, he wants to.

💌- Derrinall prefers to call his partners by little pet names, but beyond that he isn't much of a vocal flirt. He instead shows his love through small acts and deeds, such as carving small figurines for his partners out of wood.

Hello, and thank you for stopping by my blog! I'm Hazel and this is one of my alt characters for FFXIV. My pronouns are he/him, I'm an early 20's college student still trying to figure out what to do with my life, but I'm getting there!

I'm still very new to roleplaying but I've always had a ton of thoughts and ideas about my characters so this blog is both to help consolidate those thoughts and to also share them with anyone who wants to see them.

About Derrinall

Derrinall Evramont, Knight of Gelmorra, should be dead. He had breathed his last some 500 years ago, his bloodline cursed to live short lives in part to the Elementals of the Black Shroud. For 5 centuries he laid in the ruins of the once great Duskwight civilization...

That is, until he was brought back to the star for reasons he did not know. All he saw was a glimpse of a woman's figure before slipping into a slumber. When he awoke again he wandered the ruins, eventually stumbling upon two he would learn to be kindred spirits, in a way. The two strangers helped him to recover even as he kept his personal information close to his chest, eventually pointing him to work and housing in Ishgard.

In the service of Lady Lia Amelune, the White Snake, Derrinall found himself quickly rising in the ranks of her knights, soon becoming the Captain himself. He now resides in Ishgard to always be at the ready to serve his new calling in this second life.
