Ah, the joy of drawing characters that would be the ideal version of yourself 😅.

Finally made a Rock Troll OC, Vendetta (aka “V”, “Ven”, and “Vennie”). She’s lead vocalist and drummer of the band, “Chromatose”. Her voice claim is Hayley Williams, I love “Paramore” and Hayley is just so flipping talented and sexy to me 😎. Ven is also heavily influenced by Avril Lavigne, Pat Benatar, Ann Wilson, and Alanis Morissette. Love me some rocker ladies and I think she turned out pretty cute❤️. Hope y’all like her as much as I do😄😁!

New OC alert!!! Woop woop!!!

Name: Andromeda “Andy”

Species: Werewolf troll

Adoptive Parents: Floyd and Boom (or maybe Floyd and Hickory, not exactly sure who I want to pair Floyd with yet)

Floyd and his partner find her abandoned in the woods as a baby and since he and his partner, in my headcanon, are struggling to form an egg, happily/readily take her in to raise as their own even though they can’t pinpoint her species (as no other troll has a tail without the lower half of a horse or fish). Despite her aunts, uncles, and cousins, she is picked on a bit for being different, in look and behavior, by the other trolls (chasing small critters up a tree on all fours and howling at the moon will bring with it a bit of unwanted attention). When she reaches 12, hitting puberty, she has her first full transformation under a full moon, to her great surprise as well as that of her family. Fearing she might lose control of her newly discovered abilities and hurt the trolls she loves, she seeks out her own kind to hone them ( similar to “Disney’s Hercules” or “13th Year” in narrative structure).

Werewolf Troll Abilities: along with razor sharp claws, talons, and teeth, she can shift to a wolf at will (except on full moons) as well as states between that and her natural troll self. She lacks the magic prehensile hair of most other trolls, however this ability manifests in being able to alter her size as a wolf. Her exact range of this is unknown, but she can surpass the size/height of Mount Rageons and Vacay Islanders, so pretty darn big. She also has the general enhanced senses of a wolf itself as to be expected. Werewolf trolls also, unlike most other trolls species, reproduce sexually rather than through eggs (in part specifically because of their greater mammalian nature). Her diet is also carnivorous, as opposed to the omnivorous diet of most other trolls.

Unique abilities: Because of her upbringing, she also possesses the musical abilities innate to most trolls, despite Werewolf trolls lack of interest in such activities.

I just really liked the idea of adoption for one of the brozone bros as we haven’t really seen that in the Trolls universe so far. Hope y’all like her as much as I enjoyed creating her.

Seeing all of these amazing Broppy Children OC’s here has inspired me to update the lore/look of my own. I’ve had her since 2016, after the first movie came out, so it was high time for a revamp for her.

Name: Princess “Rosie” Rosalie

Parents: Queen Poppy and King Branch of the Pop Trolls

Birthday: same as Branch’s, they share one ( I share a birthday with my dad so I thought it’d be cute if she did too 🥰)

Appearance: She has her father’s light baby blue tint to her skin, her mother’s bright magenta pink hair color, Viva’s hair consistency/texture, and her Grandma Rosiepuff’s eyes. She really loves Boho when it comes to style. If it’s long, loose, flowing, and comfortable, she’s rocking it. Her hair can be a bit unruly at times, so she just leaves it down for the most part (despite maybe an occasional top bun).

Personality: She is very similar to Branch in personality. She’s very cautious and timid about everything, but especially new situations/interactions. She has a beautiful voice, just like both of her parents, unfortunately, she also has extreme stage fright as well. This makes singing/performing in public quite the challenge for her. She loves to read, play the piano, scrapbook with her mom, and do puzzles with her dad. If she was a Disney Princess, she would definitely be Belle. With both her parents leaving such a great legacy behind, she worries she’ll never live up to it when she’s eventually coronated as Queen. Both of her parents adore her, as does she them, but Branch definitely has a deep soft spot for her as she struggles with a lot of the same issues as he does when it comes to being a “normal” troll.

These 2 dorks would definitely hit it off in my mind. Libretta is my trollsona, and the freckled troll in the hoodie is Dennis/Thistle McCall/Mr. Glittercakes from TTBGO. He’s a character I really liked in the series and I really wish we could have seen more of him. Libby acts cold towards him to begin with but eventually falls head over jazz shoes in love with him 🥰 (he’s obviously absolutely smitten with her from the very beginning tho 😍). I can see him asking for advice from Poppy and especially Branch on ways to get through to her, as she, like me, is a tough cookie to crack. Their couple dynamic would be like a cross between Wade & Ember in “Elemental” and Gomez & Morticia in “The Addams Family”(with some Tamaharu thrown in there and a pinch of Dipcifica for good measure). Sorry, I know it’s all kind of sappy but this is just me living my romantic fantasies through them because it’s the only outlet I have right now 😅. Hope y’all like these babies as much as I do 😍. The picture below this was my reference for their pose.

Name: Queen Daisy, Late wife of King Peppy and mother of Princess Viva and Queen Poppy

Species: Pop Troll (mixture of Baroque Pop, Folk Rock, Adult Contemporary, and a little Bluegrass sprinkled in there)

Description: She is a total hippie/flower child in my mind (has no lack of hygiene though😅). She’s very optimistic and stubborn (similar to Poppy and Viva) but I don’t see her being as brash and in your face about things. She’s a very calm and soft spoken individual with a deep love for her people, family, and nature (including animals and astronomy). I saw her as also having an autoimmune disorder, like Lupus, as I think it would be nice to have more representation of that in media and it would give her a viable reason for getting sick so often. Like I mentioned in a post before, she and Viva had a very close bond, I can see them having special Mother/Daughter songs and braiding each other’s hair, maybe even some stargazing and other activities like that/in that vein. She’s able to see the beauty in everything, and she makes sure to show Viva all of it as well. Peppy and her definitely had a Broppy level romance, with “Annie’s Song” (in this case “Daisy’s Song”) being like their “True Colors”. She was best friends with Grandma Rosiepuff, so she knew all the members of “Brozone” as trollings, she got to know Branch the best though, as he never left his Grandmother’s side (she always hoped one if not both of her girls would fall for one of the “Brozone” brothers, but especially Branch). She formed both eggs, however Peppy had to carry Poppy in his hair to full term after her passing. She made her husband promise to liberate their people from the Bergens on her deathbed, not only for their people but for their girls’ sakes as well. I see her leaving detailed scrapbooks and letters behind for both girls, especially upon realizing her imminent mortality (however Peppy never gave them them because her memory was just too hard for him to deal with/grapple with). She would definitely have nicknames for Poppy and Viva, like “My flower” and “My Starfire” respectively. I see her voice claim also being Sarah McLachlan, someone with a beautiful, airy, and ethereal voice. You can look at my past post for any other lore on her that I might not have posted here. I hope y’all like her as much as I do, she was really fun creating/crafting.

P.S. the drawing is supposed to be representative of a page in a scrapbook. So that’s why there’s a written message with it. Daisy chronicled her “Eggnancy” journey in the form of scrapbooks and journals for both girls, but especially Viva just because she was her first.

Name: Libretta

Species: Showtune/MT troll (not sure if I want this sub genre to be a tribe or gang but I guess it really doesn’t matter)

Gender: Apagender/gender apathetic

Personality: try to imagine Lydia Deetz, Nimona, Dipper Pines, Wirt, and Wednesday Addams love child (yeah Ik it’s a lot 😅). She generally tries to put on a pompous front to hide her anxiety, depression, OCD, and other extensive insecurities in order to not appear vulnerable(yet deep down longs to be found). Performing creates an escape for her to be someone besides herself. Stress/pressure from her former captors and from herself placed on her has also made her a huge perfectionist.

Voice Claim: ideally, me, I’m a performer first and foremost so I would definitely love to vocally bring her to life as well (she’s basically me as a troll too so)… my career is slow moving but still heading forward all the same.

Like with most of my other oc’s, her backstory is pretty dark. Her species of troll were sold into indentured servitude as performers at Bergen/Goblin Night Clubs and other such entertainment venues. If their use wore out, they were abused and at worst case, eaten. This has made the Showtune/MT trolls quite scarce and almost extinct. She eventually managed to escape her “bosses” and found refuge in Pop Village/Trollstopia. Here, she is just trying to adjust to her new life despite also grappling with the MANY demons of her past. The song “Safer” from “First Date: the Musical” is a great representation of the inner turmoil that’s going on within her as a character (one I really relate to on a pretty personal level as well ❤️). On a lighter note, I also imagine her hair having a bad habit of changing color/ physically responding to her mood involuntarily.

The absurdly talented @spooky-pop ‘s Punk Rock Branch from their PopPunk AU owns my heart and I’m not ashamed to say it 😍. I know they have said he is greatly inspired by Patrick Swayze in “Dirty Dancing”, but he also gives me John Bender vibes from “The Breakfast Club” (one of my favs ☺️🥰). The 2nd Photo was my reference for Branch’s pose. I hope y’all like how he turned out!!!

Did someone say Trolls Monster AU?!? Just me? Oh well, here’s an AU I’ve been working on for a long time now and here are two of my lovely OC’s that I’ve actually gotten around to drawing for reference and such. Willow Woodwind is my original vampiric troll OC and somehow she eventually divulged into a whole story that revolves around her. She eventually became the mother figure to a rogue group of gray trolls that she rescued from certain death on multiple, separate occasions, all of which decided to stay with her instead of going back to their respective tribes because they knew they would be treated as outcasts without their true colors/happiness (some also being orphans from their respective incidents). They live in an underground bunker and forage for food/supplies. Sound familiar? That’s because she’s also a very distant relative of Branch, his brothers, and Rosiepuff. There is a lot to her character and lore that I’ve created over the years, so much so that I’ve written a backstory fan-fiction for her that y’all are welcome to read if you’d like. P.S. Aza is her Sire, Companion, and future romantic partner when they meet again some 2 centuries later. I only recently, finally put a face to him and I really like how he turned out.

Poppy and Viva’s Mom Headcanon Lore:

So the explanation we’re given in the film about Viva being left behind during the big Troll Tree Escape is that things were so hectic that Viva was one of the ones trapped in the tree after the tunnels collapsed and she had to fight her way through the Bergens to get herself and the rest of the trapped trolls to safety. If we just believe this at face value it works, but that would make Peppy one the worst, and most absentminded animated parents ever and I don’t really want to believe that about him. I like to believe that maybe he’s just a terribly broken hearted troll who hasn’t taken the time to process his grief and it has in turn affected his mental stability as well as his familial relationships. So that’s where my head-canon comes in. In it, I see Peppy being deeply in love with another troll, specifically a female troll as it plays a factor later on, and them having a sort of Broppy level romance that all of the Pop Trolls were aware of. Eventually they would get married and have Viva some years after. We’ve seen that either gender troll can create another one, or form an egg, and in this instance I see Peppy’s wife doing this as it was her lifelong dream to be a mother (similar to Shelby in “Steel Magnolias”). As Viva grows into a toddler/young trolling she forms a very strong bond with her mom (where she gets her braiding habit from, sweet tooth, etc.) but still has a good relationship with her father as well. Viva was “hatched” looking a lot like her mom and as she ages this fact becomes even more and more apparent. By the time Poppy’s egg is formed, Viva’s mom/Peppy’s wife falls very ill and she is never able to recover from it and passes away with the promise from Peppy to liberate their people whatever it takes. So Peppy looks after Poppy’s egg until she hatches and works diligently to formulate a plan of escape, instead opting to keep himself busy rather than take the time to grieve his wife’s death properly as trolls don’t really do “sadness”. Viva only makes things more difficult for him as she looks so much like his late wife leading to him distancing himself from her making their relationship become more and more strained. Having a strained relationship with Viva would make much more sense as a plausible reason for him to “forget” his oldest daughter in the Troll Tree during the heat of their mission and also why neither really put in a desperate effort to search/find one another again. It would also give more depth to both Viva and Peppy’s characters in my opinion (Peppy’s flighty/flakiness and Viva’s deep-rooted abandonment issues). I also do have an OC of Peppy’s wife and Viva/Poppy’s mom but I wanted to preface this head-canon in a post before posting about her. When I was thinking about the beautiful Broppy Wedding that is hopefully in the near future for us, it made me think of that beautiful drawing of Tamaki and Haruhi in the OHSHC manga. So I decided to take a crack at combining both of them and this is the result.

Gosh, both of these adorable couples live in my soul rent free 😅😂. I get so giddy when I see cute art of them.
