According to the Guardian, approximately 26% of people in the U.K. who receive “homelessness services” are female. But in most shelters, “sanitary ware or any kind of period ephemera is scarce,” Vice reported earlier this year. Three women have a plan to fix that.

Hi, soon I am hoping to dye my hair a bright blue colour with pink ends. My hair is naturally an auburn colour and I was wondering if I would have to bleach my hair for both of the colours to work on my hair? I want them both to be bright

Hello, 

yes, in order for you to reach your desired colours you will have to bleach your hair to at the least a pale blonde colour. The lighter your hair is the dye will show brighter. 

However as you are dying your hair both pink and blue, when washing both dyes out of the hair they should be washed separately to avoid the colours mixing together and turning the pink ends purple.This can be done easily by separating the different colours of hair with foil and washing separately.
