His name is Leukos and I think I have him as an Oath of Vengeance and he and Astarion used to know eachother before Astarion became a lil vampire spawn.

tldr; they were friends growing up, but fell apart later on because of class differences in baulders gate, but they had a sort of soft pining for eachother when they did spot eachother thru the crowds. Neither of them admitted to it, and Leukos is current unsure on if the Astarion he's with is the same one, as he hadn't seen Astarion since pre-vampire days, and was informed about his death.
