Little catch up

apologies for the lack in posting, I aimed to keep to at least one post a month as a goal but failed this due to burnout. I have to keep reminding myself that it is ok to take longer than others because fighting against that will make me much sicker and slow me down further. It is a constant battle with myself and I cannot let the content hungry algorithm deter me
