Good evening!

A lot has been going on in my personal life and so, this event has been neglected. I still want to bring it to life! Just a small little update, nothing exciting sadly.

This week’s update directly affects last week’s update!

Shortly after the update was posted, We were notified that the Shining Hearth online convention overlaps with the dates we had chosen for the Hall of Creators. Out of respect, and to allow both creators and attendees to participate in both conventions, we’ve decided to move the Hall of Creators from March 20th 2025 to May 3rd-4th 2025.

So far, what We’ve been working on is a panelist and table application form. We’ve also been combing over the rules on the Hall of Creators server and have decided the event will have a theme every con! The theme hasn’t been chosen but we’ll host a poll much later to choose said theme.

We have decided to tentatively host the first ever Hall of Creators on Thursday March 20th 2025, which is the spring equinox! The event is aimed to last 2 days but may be shortened if we do not have enough panels and activities set up.

If for any reason, we are not ready to host the convention by March, we will be pushing it back to fall 2025.

If you would like to have a table to showcase your creations, would like to host a panel, or want to keep an eye on the Hall of Creators event, follow this account and/or join the official off season server on discord as we will keep updating with new information! Thank you so very much for helping spread the word already, we really appreciate the reblogs we’ve gotten so far!

As the Hall Of Creators online convention is about showcasing creations made by folks from our wider community, should we allow submission requests on our Tumblr account so artists can feature their work here while we have nothing to announce?

We’d like to start this post by thanking the folks who have reblogged our pinned post and showed interest in the Hall of Creators online convention!

We’re very happy to be working on this and are looking forward to seeing where it goes!
