That's a good question, I have sort of thought about it from time to time... Either way, it's gonna be a big block of text under the cut xD

Okay, so, they already have a kinda slow pace to their relationship/dynamic from their "meeting and realizing feelings" phase, which makes it easier to set boundaries, talk about what to expect n whatnot.

They're both very perceptive, Saul gets the memo of Silas not being interested in his sexual advances (even before Silas talks to him about it) and Silas can't help but notice that maybe there's more to Saul than he lets on.

The thing about them is that, I see them learning from each other to grow a bit as people. Silas, while he's asexual, he's pretty open minded and curious, at his own pace, ends up learning from Saul. And Saul learns to open up and accept that spark of Jimmy within him that wants to be a romantic and love tenderly or something.

Ofc, at first they'd take their time to communicate what they have to let the other know. Silas makes it clear that he, most likely, won't be able to meet all os Saul's more intimate needs, so to speak, at once. That he needs time n such and he's not opposed to Saul hooking up with other people/talking to sex workers to satisfy that necessity. All he needs is that Saul is honest and lets him know where he's going and if he's safe.

Thank you for letting me yap a lot, I think that's all that I've thought about that topic... Since I don't really think much outside the romantic part of their relationship and whatever shenanigans get to.
