Well, I've always wanted to create a town using the public lots from @potato-ballad-sims' "Point Ouerbacker" and the buildings from MTS's Flora2, so I decided to make that dream come true.

And a big thank you to these great builders.

★Empty World

Due to my PC's limitations, I'm sharing the empty world and save file. As you'd expect from an empty world, it's truly empty. There are 61 plots.

★Save files

80% of the buildings are by potato-ballad-sims and Flora, but we've also included works by other great builders.Thank you very much. The town has been well-integrated and has a slightly nostalgic feel to it.

There are no Supernatural or Pet-related lots, no Diving Spots, and no Universities. We have free lots available. Please add them as needed.

I love the plots created by Flora2 of MTS and "Point Ouerbacker" by @potato-ballad-sims so much that I've been creating a dedicated world for them, and it's finally finished.

80% of the town is made up of plots created by Flora2 and @potato-ballad-sims.

If you put the DCCache folder in, it will crash when editing from CAW, so this time you will have to separate it into an empty world and a save file.

I'll share it after I test play it.

Mount Estellea(Mount Estelle 2.0) by@pxelblobs

I had a lot of fun playing the previous version, "Mount Estelle," and this is the upgraded version.

Mount Estellea comes with a public area and three houses pre-built, but one of them has stairs that cannot be used due to interference from the toddler mod, so the stairs will need to be replaced.(Or recommend deleting the whole house, but this is not the responsibility of pxelblobs. If you have the same mod, there is no problem.) The bridge was not usable in Mount Estelle, but this has been fixed in Mount Estellea.

I couldn't edit the plots in "Edit Town" so I did a little editing in CAW.I placed my favorite houses from the towns I've played in so far. It has a great atmosphere (I'm praising myself).

I chose daycare again this time because the toddlers are super cute.

I wonder if there's a way to make it "toddler-only." Hmm, around 10 people would be ideal.

I changed the lighting mod to BB-TS3Beta-Lighting Mod V2 @boringbones

It became very three-dimensional and had a realistic feel to it. Amazing.

Pfffew, so after a long fight with the server and hostile items such as "reverse DNS" or whatever, all my sites are back online and up to date, thanks to your help & patience! <3

Around the Sims 1/2/3/4 - New server on the way!

As I couldn't solve the issue with my server (which prevents me to upload anything), I have to switch of servers. I'm currently reinstalling everything on a new one, but expect some turbulences during the next days (I hope there won't be!). Don't worry if there is (believe me, there will be enough panic from my own side! ;D), and be sure I'll do my best to be back online, if I ever break everything! Don't worry if the sites get unreachable (DNS issues), or if you get a big red warning "this site is dangerous" (SSL issues), everything will be solved as soon as I can! (hey, maybe the switch will be so smooth that you will not ever notice!) Stay tuned, thank you for your patience, comprehension and support, you're the best!! <3

Ahh, the hot weather has finally arrived. It's 34℃ even though it's June.

Well, now that I'm done playing as a firefighter, I've switched to a profession (daycare) that suits this town. Hmm. It's been 10 years since I last played, but when I played before, there were a lot of bugs and I gave up on the job halfway through.

In Japan, the word "day care" brings to mind the image of a rehabilitation service that elderly people attend every day.

I made a cute room with a light blue and pink theme. I decided not to use a convenient baby playpen because it takes up space and leaves the toddler in it all the time.

Mortimer is an assistant.He is the new toddler disciplinarian.

In Japan, winter and spring are over and the rainy season has begun. Oh, the irritatingly hot summer is just around the corner. A year goes by so quickly.

Aurora Skies FIXED by @potato-ballad-sims. This is my favorite store world and I've been playing it for a long time. What is your favorite EA world?

They live in a renovated vacant house called Rowan House.

I played a firefighter for the first time in 10 years.

As expected, there are a lot of small glitches, but it's a lot of fun.

In Japan, there are places in Hokkaido and Nagano where you can skate on a pond, but the ice is so thin that skating is almost impossible, so this is an enviable sight.

It's been a while. I've been hooked on online jigsaw puzzles that I can easily play on my work laptop, and I've been away from games for a while now (partly because my job is so demanding… yeah, really. Hmm, that's just an excuse).

I wanted to play my favorite world, Praaven, so I visited for the first time in a year.

This is a renovated version of an existing mansion. It's a beautiful piece of land with a great view.

I had never mastered the alchemist in any of my previous playthroughs, so I had the eldest son of my only original family become the alchemist.

I also created an artist's studio.

Decorating kitchen is so much fun!

Lisa is like Catherine of Aragon. This time, the play is more Renaissance than Medieval.

日本の家屋を建築するには非常に多くのCCが必要になりますので過去に私が作成したLotsは外しました。なので、NoCC、建築の難しい物のみ配置してます。 町役場等の公共の区画はありません。なので、ビルダー向けだと思います。

Since a lot of CC is required to build a Japanese house, I removed the Lots I created in the past. Therefore, I only place NoCC and difficult-to-build buildings. There are no public lots for town halls etc. So I think it's geared towards builders.

今回、道路のテクスチャー、全ての樹木の植え替え、新たな土地と区画の追加及び区画のリサイズ、日本風の住所へ変更しました。

桜を多く植えました。「ソメイヨシノ」という品種になるように置きかえModを使用しています。「ソメイヨシノ」は日本の桜です。

This time, I changed the road texture, replanted all the trees, added new land and plots, resized the plots, and changed the addresses to a Japanese style.

I planted a lot of cherry trees. I used a replacement mod to make them the "Somei-Yoshino" variety. "Somei-Yoshino" is a Japanese cherry tree.

Sakura replacement mod by @honobonoticさん(@rain-coat-aaame-info) I really recommend this

★64×64の区画はありません。最大で60×60です。 ★There are no 64x64 plots. The maximum is 60x60.

★日本の車両は左側通行なので、信号や標識はそれに基づいています。(間違って設置したのではないですよｗ) ★Vehicles in Japan drive on the left side of the road, so traffic lights and signs are based on that. (They weren't installed by mistake lol)

★重くなるので電線と郵便ポストは設置していません。 ★Electric wires and post boxes were not installed because they would be too heavy.

★全ての建物を配置したセーブファイルはありますが、使用しているCCがあまりにも多く、且つ全てを追跡できないため申し訳ありませんが配布はできません。

★I have a save file with all the buildings placed, but unfortunately I cannot distribute it because there are so many CCs used and I cannot keep track of them all.

高度成長期だった頃の日本の町です。 This is a town in Japan during the period of high economic growth.

住民を配置しました。住居・仕事場・遊び場と分けてあります。一つの家族を除いて、後は既存のEAの町から移住させています。 I placed residents. They are divided into areas for living, working, and playing. Except for one family, the rest were relocated from an existing EA town.

さて、ゲームを始めましょう。 Now, let's start the game.

数年前に「日本風Old Town」で初めて建てた家を選びました。 I chose the first house I built in "Japanese Old Town" a few years ago.

この家は、夫の実家を再現していますが、忠実に再現するとシム達が動けなくなるので、広めに建てました。 This house is a replica of my husband's parents' home, but if recreated it too faithfully, the Sims wouldn't be able to move around, so we built it quite spacious.

CAWでの最終編集で区画サイズを変更したので図書館と自治会館を建てました。 In the final edit in CAW, I changed the plot size so I built a library and Neighborhood Association Building.

自治会館では、子供会、婦人会、自治会等が開催されます。昔は結婚式も行われました。(これは外国の方に向けての説明です。) The Neighborhood Association Building is used for meetings of children's club, women's club, community association, etc.In the past, weddings were also held here.

銭湯(ジム)／public bathhouse(Gym)

1968年の浴室普及率は65％ぐらいだったので、古い家はお風呂がない場合もありました。なので、町の至る所に銭湯がありました。今ではほとんど廃れた文化です。 In 1968, the percentage of homes that had a bathroom was around 65%, so some older houses did not even have a bathtub.So there were public baths all over town.It's a culture that has almost disappeared now.
