A Worldbuilder's Delight Introduction
Hello, fellow writers!
Do you love to worldbuild? Do you want a place where you can go to just talk about worldbuilding and things pertaining the the world(s) you've built?
Look no further! This blog is 100% dedicated to worldbuilding. Polls and prompts pertaining to it, posts about it, submissions of your worlds... a list of worlds you can create characters for if you feel so inspired.
If you wish to join the list of people who are willing to have characters created by others that live in your world who may be inspired by your posts about it, let me know via asks! I'll add you to the list asap so others know your world is an open game for them to play with. :)
If you have other ideas for what I should do with this blog, let me know. I'm open to all different ideas. I want worldbuilders to have a fun place they can come to chat about their worlds. And now you have one.
Have fun! I can't wait to learn about what you've created. 💙

If you want people to create characters that live in your world, let me know and I'll add you to the list! If you have a special tag you'd like it to be under, let me know that as well. If you don't, it'll default to your url. I will also be creating a page for anyone who has a tag/submits for this list so that it can easily be traced what you've posted and who's submitted characters for your world.
Writers, if you're inspired by a world on the list, you can submit the characters you've created for them to this blog (or post them and tag me) and I'll post it with the tag so that the original creators can find characters that were inspired by their worlds!
Let's have fun.
I'm also considering having daily games/events.
Having like a day of the week I do polls, a day I do prompts, a day I do ask games or tag games with a taglist, etc. Let me know if you have anymore ideas for things I can do! I want to make this fun for you, so let me know how I can do that!

Rewritten in order of the days of the week...
here are the daily themes I've come up with for A Worldbuilder's Delight.
Sunday: weekly prompt
Monday: weekly poll
Tuesday: Biweekly ask/tag game (as in they alternate, so every other week will be tag vs ask games)
Wednesday: worldbuilder confessions
Thursday: World Within a World (AUs of the worlds)
Friday: Ask a Worldbuilder
Saturday: Worldbuilders Word Association
Here's a deeper dive into what each day means...
The weekly prompts on Sundays will be me posting a question or some other sort of prompt in order to get your mind thinking about a certain aspect of your world. You can reblog the post or make your own original post and tag me to it. That day will be dedicated to reblogging posts inspired by the previous week's prompt.
The weekly polls on Mondays will be polls associated with different aspects of your worlds. You are welcome to submit any poll ideas if you have any and I'll keep them for later use if I wish to use them, with credit if you wish to be credited.
The ask/tag games on Tuesdays are exactly that. Ask or tag games associated with worldbuilding. This one I might struggle to make every week, so some weeks may or may not be skipped.
The worldbuilder confessions on Wednesdays are a day for you all to confess your worldbuilding sins to me. I will turn on anonymous so that you may do so anonymously. You may also use this to talk about any lore or anything that may spoil your story that you're dying to talk about but don't want to spoil for your readers if you so choose.
A World Within a World on Thursdays is a day where I'll post some sort of question or prompt, prompting you to think 'if this changed in my world, how would it affect the world overall?' Basically, I am getting your gears going for creating AUs.
Ask a Worldbuilder on Fridays will be dedicated to you all submitting any questions you may have in areas of worldbuilding you may struggle with. I will post the questions so that any of the others who may excel in this area may answer and give you advice. Fridays are a day for helping one another out.
And finally Worldbuilders Association on Saturdays is where I'll post a weekly word and you tell me how you'd associate the word with your world. It can be a society, a region, a weather pattern, a creature you've created, lore, anything.
These are some ideas. let me know if you want to be tagged to any of these daily themes or all of them. :) also let me know if you have any more daily theme ideas because I might replace the ask/tag games. Those might be a bit difficult to actually do every week.
Thank you for your time!
Disclaimer: this is not a promise I will be on it every single day. There may be days I'm too exhausted to come up with something and haven't previously scheduled anything. I will do my best to keep with the schedule, but well... anyone that's followed me when I tried to build a routine knows that's not my strong suit. I will still try very hard to keep with it. I will be starting the daily themes today with an AU prompt.

A World Within a World, 7/18/2024 (#1)
The first A World Within a World prompt is this:
If your MC's absolute favorite thing was illegalized and censored from all media, how would it affect the world? What would change and whose lives would be affected?
Tell us without telling us what the thing was and see if your readers can guess.
If you haven't created a story for your world, then the first character that you created for it will do the trick too. If their favorite thing in the whole world was illegalized and censored, same question.

I'll be moving my creative posts on here to my new profile and clearing this blog. If you wish to see me post again/still, you can join me on pillowfort. Otherwise, if you just want to keep in touch, I hope to see you over at discord. Either way, I wish those of you that aren't jumping ship the best of luck.
I've been dealing with Tumblr's bs since 2011 and have officially hit the "opt out" button for this site altogether.
I've really cherished my friendships on here and really appreciate everyone that I've ever considered my friend, even if we are no longer friends. You all impacted the chapters of my life you were part of and I will forever cherish that. :)
~H
Quick Announcement
Due to all of the BS that tumblr has pulled in the several years I have been on this site, and now with the AI stuff and whatnot, I have decided to be done with tumblr, especially with my more creative blogs such as this one.
However, do not fret! I have created a profile on a website that I plan to replace tumblr with and would like to share it with you, lucky you (lol)!
So, I am now on PillowFort as hannahs-creations. I will likely recreate this blog as well as a 2nd blog, but for now thats the only one I have created, as I just made my account an hour ago.
I will no longer be posting prompts on this blog. I thank you all for your time and your sweet messages and your attention to my prompts. I just don't wish to have my shit stolen by AIs.
If you don't have a pillowfort but wish to befriend me, you are more than welcome to add me on discord (user info is akwencouragementmaster#3162). Feel free to befriend me in either place, promise I won't bite. :)
Hopefully I'll be able to continue my creative posts on pillowfort without the disruption of the kind of stuff Tumblr has pulled the last decade and a half since I've been here, moreso the last few years.
I hope to see you all in one or both places. Take care of yourselves and please don't forget to keep writing! I know you're doing amazing things. Don't let anything stop you!
With Much Love,
Hannah
PS I have also started a new community on PillowFort called WriteblrHazbins. Feel free to join!

(drawing done by an artist on tumblr that used to go by hurricanesunny but idk what their name is now if they're still on here at all)
Laughter fills the room as the door swings open. A young, fit man walks in, holding his phone up to his ear.
"Hey, man, I'm in the shop. I'll call you back when I get out. Yeah... yeah, alright. Okay, talk later. Bye." He hangs up the phone and glances over at where you're standing behind the register.
"Hey, I would like the most beautiful bouquet that..." he fiddles with his pocket and pulls out some cash. It isn't much but he unfolds it and carefully counts it out before setting it on the counter. "... $20 can buy me."
You consider the request and walk around the shop, grabbing 4 different bouquets, setting them down on the counter before him. As he studies each one, you return to your spot behind the register.
"Hmm, I like these two." He glances up at you and adds, "if you were celebrating a huge moment in your career, which one would you want more?"
You study the two bouquets he's picked out, but pick one of the two he hadn't chosen.
"I'd want this one," you admit. "Those two are great, but they're cheaper flowers."
"But there's more flowers in them," he protests. You smile, a smile that says oh you poor, clueless man.
"Yes, there are," you agree after a moment, gesturing to both bouquets. "I can see that, but quantity isn't always better than quality." You hold up the bouquet you'd picked out of them. "While there are fewer flowers in this arrangement, they're more vivid and beautiful." You pause, holding up the arrangement to him. "And give them a good smell."
He pauses, but does as you say. His eyes instantly widen in surprise. A clearly pleasant surprise.
"They smell amazing," he breathes, clearly surprised.
"Yes. So as you can see-"
He cuts you off when he takes the bouquet from you.
"Yes. I love this one. Thank you! You clearly know you stuff." You beam at him and give a single nod. "Does the cost include this vase?"
"Not normally, but for you, I'll say yes. Go impress that girl." He gives a side eye, then rolls his eyes.
However, there's a small smile on his lips as he returns, "Who said they're for a girl?"
Before you can offer an apology for assuming, he waves and says goodbye, then dips out the door as quickly as he'd entered, phone once more in hand.
You blink once, then twice, then pick the money off the counter, ringing up the bouquet he'd purchased and then return to organizing and cleaning the shop.

(image created by my good friend, tobinka on tumblr)
A young woman with curly bluish purple hair enters the shop and comes straight up to you. Her eyes are striking. They look like the water in the ocean and you find yourself speechless with her beauty.
"Hello," she speaks up after a short stretch of silence. "Um... may I ask for some help, please?" She's so polite and so cute, you find yourself silently gushing over her.
"Uh, yeah of course," you say when you realize you've been silently staring at her for a few seconds. She looks awkward at this point, and you hope you didn't insult her with your awe-struck staring. Clearing her throat, she offers an awkward smile.
"I was wondering if you have any deep-sea flowers... I'm only noticing surface flowers." You frown in confusion.
"What do you mean by deep-sea flowers?" You ask in confusion.
"Y'know... flowers that are found deep in the furthest depths of the ocean?" You blink. Is she joking? But she isn't even cracking a smile. You think she's crazy, then.
"Uhm... no, because people can't reach the deepest depths of the ocean," you say after a moment of confused silence. Her lips twitch ever so slightly. She's clearly not joking, and this answer clearly has her disappointed.
"Would you be willing to create one of these beautiful flower arrangements from flowers if they're brought into the store?" She attempts.
"Uh... sure. But why don't you just arrange them yourself?"
"You clearly have a beautiful eye for arranging flowers. I couldn't possibly make them this lovely," she says matter-of-factly.
"Oh." You blush at the compliment. "Uh, thanks..."
Do you agree to arrange these strange flowers she's asking you to arrange, keeping in mind you've never arranged flowers like them before?
-Yes -No

The Kissing Booth, Clarissa (part I)
If you're just discovering this game, click here to view the beginning.
--
A pink-haired girl practically scrambles into the building, eyes wild with energy. You watch quietly as she races to the other end of the room.
As she hides, you watch a young man, probably around her same age, enter after her.
"Clarissa, where'd you go?" He calls, tone clearly done with her bullshit and heaving a sigh. He turns to you. "Have you seen a girl with bright pink hair?" He asks, turning to you. Your eyes dart toward where she'd disappeared to. You catch sight of her doing the cut off motion with her hand across her throat.
Your eyes quickly meet his once more, but he clearly saw you look over and walks to where she's hiding.
"Clarissa, come on. I can't believe I canceled plans for this," he grumbles, forcing her back to her feet.
You watch quietly, still stunned at whatever is happening, as he drags her back out. She's staring at you with betrayal in her eyes as they disappear back out the door.
You blink a couple of times, numb with shock, as your coworker comes back out of the room.
"Hey, I thought I heard voices," he says, wiping his hands dry from washing them. You don't answer at first, so he waves his hand in front of your eyes. "Hellooo? Earth to [Y/N]. You there?" You blink back to reality.
"Uh, what?" You stutter, still a little out of it.
"What in the world is wrong with you?" He asks, clearly annoyed. "I heard a commotion and now you're like this."
"I... don't even know," you manage to say. You're staring at the door. His eyes follow your gaze and he frowns.
"Hey, can I get that bouquet already?"
"Yes of course. It's $200."
"The money's on the counter," he says simply, grabbing the bouquet and waving at you as he heads for the door. "I think it goes without saying, but I'm not coming in tonight." You open your mouth to protest but he's gone before you can.
You blink a couple of times, still trying to wrap your mind around the last several minutes, but you say nothing, just shake your head and go to sweep up the mess the guy and girl had left on the floor, then return to organizing the shop as if nothing just happened.

The Kissing Booth, Belinda (part I) - FEMALES ONLY
If you're just discovering this game, click here to view the beginning.
--

A tall woman strolls into the shop, not even looking at you. You've seen her pass the shop several times in the past and have been drawn to her instantly every single time. She's so beautiful but she has such an air of authority. You just want to say hello.
She seems distant, like she isn't all there.
You clear your throat to catch her attention, not wanting to startle her. She whirls around, fists poised as though she's about to hit you.
"Oh. Wait, where am I?" She asks suddenly, looking around at the shop.
"Um, you're in Flowers Galore. It's a-"
"A flower shop?" She wrinkles her nose with distaste and backs toward the door. You step closer.
"Did you not realize you walked in?" You ask her, secretly a little disappointed by the fact. You'd hoped she had finally decided to give the shop a little look. You were really hoping to get to talk to her, after all.
"Absolutely not." She begins to sneeze violently. "I don't know how I got here, but I don't do flowers." This hurts your feelings a bit, but you try to keep a cheery smile on your face.
"I-" You begin to speak but she leaves in a huff, not giving you a chance.
You heave a sigh. If she doesn't like flowers, how will you ever get the chance to speak to her?
Disappointed, you decide to return to the bouquet you'd been preparing for your coworker, who is walking out of the bathroom now.
"Oh, there you are," you say with a half-hearted smile.
"Hey, what's-" he begins but something catches his attention, cutting him off. "Oh, hey, what's this?" he adds, bending down by the door where the woman had been standing earlier. He picks something up from the floor.
It's a piece of paper.
You watch curiously as he reads it.
"A ball, huh? This is perfect! Where did this come from?" He muses aloud. You watch curiously. The woman must have dropped it. Does that mean she's going to a ball? Maybe you can go and run into her there. It's the perfect idea.
What do you do?
-Insist you dropped it and ask for it back -Ask to see it to take a photo//have him take a photo of it and send it to you -Decide you'll have to run into her more organically another time

The Kissing Both, Chef Geoff (part I)
If you're just discovering this game, click here to view the beginning.
--

A tall man in a pair of slacks and a navy blue dress shirt walks into the shop. His sharp blue eyes scan the contents of the shop as he strolls to an area where you have your favorite bouquets premade.
"Hello, there, Chef," you greet, smiling. He barely acknowledges you as he continues to look around, seemingly looking for something.
"Do you have a bouquet of lilies?" He asks, frowning when he realizes you don't have the particular flowers he's looking for.
"Any specific kind of lily?" You ask, stepping closer to assist him with his request.
"Yeah, those... striped-ish looking ones."
"Tiger lilies?" You pull up a photo of a tiger lily and his eyes find the screen, only for his lips to tighten slightly.
"Those are the ones. Do you not have them?"
"Not at the moment. They are unfortunately out of season." You go to the other side of the shop and pull up a bouquet of flowers you created and bring them to him. "We have these, though. Many tiger lily fans love them, and they're even safe for animals to be around." You set the bouquet down in front of him. "It combines a few different flowers, including tiger lilies, which thankfully takes out the toxicity from the tiger lilies."
You notice a change on his expression when he sees the flowers. He grabs the vase they're sitting in and studies them closely, seeming actually impressed by them.
"You outdid yourself this time," he muses, though his tone isn't nearly as impressed as his expression. "How much?"
"We're actually having a sale right now. They're half off if you buy them with a vase."
"I want this whole thing," he states simply. "How much?"
A smile spreads across your face.
"Forty dollars." He pulls out a fifty and hands it to you.
"Keep the change, a tip for another job well done." You start to thank him, but before you can, he exits the building. Good god, he is one sexy man... but he really isn't one for conversation, is he?
That being said...
-I really do love that about him -it makes it feel really hard to get to know him and discourages me -it only makes me want to know him more
^^^pick how you feel about how uninterested he is by you

The Kissing Booth, Intro: All Character Starts
This is a rewrite of an old WIP of mine, called The Kissing Booth. It is kind of an otome game-esque dating simulator game thingy I'm making the "script" for, only instead of being in the format of a script, it's in story format.
Anyway, here is the beginning/intro of the game.
--
To start, there are 5 characters you can play for. There's Chef Geoff, who anyone can play to try to win over. There's Belinda, who only females can play to win over. There's Clarissa, who anyone can play to win over. There's Luka, who anyone can play to win over and there's Glorie, who only men can play to try to win over.
Pick the top 3 characters you'd like to try to go for. Now, you start with 3 points. Points are what make or break your relationship with the character. Put 1 point toward your top 3 characters you'd like to win over.
Have you picked them? You have your points down? Alright, click Read More and let's get to playing!
You sigh as you better organize the stock at your flower shop and tilt your head to the side a bit.
"It looks perfect," a voice announces from behind you, making you start. You hadn't even heard the door open or the bell ring. "Sorry, did I scare you?"
"Just startled me," you correct, shaking your head as you finish what you were doing before turning to face the person speaking to you. "What are you doing here so early? You don't work for another hour."
"Oh... I fucked up big with the missus. I need flowers." You roll your eyes.
"What did you do now?" You ask, expertly arranging the bouquet that he always gets when he gets makeup flowers for his woman. He puts a hand up to stop you and shakes his head.
"No, those aren't enough." Your eyes widen slightly. Not enough? He must have done something serious.
"What do you want then?" You ask. He glances over at a bouquet next to the register. Your eyes widen further. "You sure? That bouquet is-"
"I know how much it is... I also know she knows how much it is and knows that it isn't just some cheap bouquet." You nod your understanding and move to grab the bouquet and get it ready for purchase. He slams down a wad of bills on the counter between the bouquet you're handling and the register.
"You must have done something really stupid," you say simply. He doesn't offer a reply this time, only looks away, clearly upset with himself. You hesitate. "I'm sure it'll be fine," you try to reassure him. "You've done some stupid shit and she always understands. Eventually. It just might take a bit of extra time."
His lip quivers slightly and you shift uncomfortably.
"It's not fine," he simply says, voice heavy with emotion. "Now please get the flowers ready and I'll be on my way."
You want to say something more but when he turns to walk out of the room and into the bathroom, you sigh, finishing the wrapping and placing the flowers in your most expensive vase. You hope everything will be okay.
Partly because it's weird to see him so emotional, but also you love them as a couple.
What did he do?
You heave another sigh and glance up just as your first customer of the day arrives.
It's...
Select Your Crush:
Belinda (females only; difficulty: hard): a woman with a mysterious aura. Long brown hair that almost seems black and a dark personality to boot. She's almost always drunk when she comes in, but my god is she striking to look at.
Clarissa: Beautiful young woman with long pink hair and pink eyes, oddly enough. You're pretty sure she uses colored contacts though she insists it's her real eye color. She's really outgoing and flirty and comes in frequently, always asking about you.
Glorie (males only): a young woman with deep green eyes and greenish-bluish hair. She has a love of water and a beautiful sing-song voice. There is something that pulls her to you, but you can't quite explain it. Whatever it is, you really like her.
Luka: a young man with a heart of gold. He has actually come into the store and bought large bouquets and you watched as he's given out flowers from them to random passersby on the street, confirming they were random when the people came into the store asking about him. He was clearly an athlete in school, but he's just such a sweet man, it's hard to imagine he was the kind of popular guy that was a bully too. Everyone loves him. And much to your dismay, you're not exception.
Chef Geoff (difficulty: hard): a beautiful chef with a passion for his craft. He loves to cook and is always talking about experiments he wants to make. He's actually fairly friendly, inviting people to his restaurant to try his food, though he seems not to really ever want to talk about anything else. His smile draws you in, with his eyes smiling along with his mouth... you want to feel what that mouth would feel like pressed against yours. You find yourself feeling quite dreamy any time he walks into the room.
Who would you like to try to woo? Links will be added as each character's start is written.
Belinda // Clarissa // Glorie // Luka // Chef Geoff

Good nurse excerpt;
This is a rewrite of a scene, and I personally like it a bit more than the first version. @augment-techs because this is a bit similar to rats of nimh in a fashion, and @hannahs-creations as you adore this wip lol
Alistair had been lucky enough to get himself a fairly decent benefactor in Mr. Robert Rumblerush, who was a fairly well off merchant and sometimes poet. His daughter was a fungi enthusiast and often did needlepoint of some of her favorite mushrooms, and favorite quotes of her favorite poet of the moment. However, though the Rumblerushs could technically be called bluebloods, their money wasn’t old. Robert’s father had had a gambling problem, and much of Robert’s life had been spent in and out of the debtor’s prison with his mother and sisters.
Old family name and ties, yes, but old money no. Robert’s earnings were all his, his good fortunes all his own. His connections often referred to as fair weather friends, given they had only ever existed in such times as when his family had money.
Robert had gotten lucky on the matter of spices and merchant ships, but while they could go back to a life of opulence, he did not forget his formative years. And so he’d helped refurbish many of the houses in Brindy Outs while maintaining a low cost in it. He’d also hired Alistair to work in Brindy Outs as well as be the family doctor, and that had suited both of their needs quite nicely.
Beatrice hadn’t been there when Robert had married Anastasia, nor had she been there for the birth of Hettabelle “Hettie” Rumblerush but she had been hired by Alistair shortly after the death of Anastasia, when Hettie had just graduated from a nursery maid to a private tutor. Beatrice remembered the years of tiny Hettie with the hatred of bonnets and the love of fungi and insects with fondness. She was a good girl, and she was growing into a good woman, and that was all, Beatrice felt, anyone in Hettie’s life could ask for.
When Alistair and Beatrice got to the small (for a manor) residence of the family, they were ushered straight in, the footmen familiar with them and having been told to expect them, which made Beatrice glad the letter affirming them coming had gotten there in an orderly fashion.
Hettie sat beside her father while doing embroidery, and Beatrice smiled when she saw it was yet another fungus and beside it the words “Then come kiss me, Sweet and twenty,
Youth's a stuff will not endure.” which made Beatrice smile. Ah, William Shakespeare. The infamous ferret had been a sensation in his day, and his works had managed to keep a large following. Beatrice had seen one or two of the plays in her time, but had never pursued reading any of Shakespeares’ works. Still, she knew that particular poem. Many a lad or lass in love would quote it to their sweetheart, and it was rather cute when she saw it.
Not so much experiencing it. It’d more annoyed her when she had it quoted at her, the poem seemed to make silly young men assume they were the epitome of romance. But when it was being stitched next to a very pretty cross stitch of a death cap, it made Beatrice giggle. Was it a warning, she had to wonder each time she saw Hettie’s pieces, or just a flight of silliness by the girl who had stitched it.
“Alistair, Miss Buttonmidge! Welcome, welcome!” Robert called when he noticed them, and Hettie set her embroidery down beside her to welcome the good doctor and nurse in.
“Apologies, I didn’t notice your presence!” Hettie said in self admonishment. “That’s quite terrible of me, I’m so sorry!”
“Easy little Hettie.” Alistair said with a little clearing of his throat you could almost mistake for a laugh. Almost. “You were quite preoccupied and thus quite forgiven. Now. Robert. What seems to be the matter?”
Hettie sidestepped Alistair getting to her father and sat back in her place, watching the proceedings as she once more took up her work. Beatrice walked to where they were and though she was waiting for Alistair’s command, she also took a moment to reconnect to the young vixen.
“Your ensemble this morning is quite lovely, Miss Hettie.” Beatrice complimented sincerely. The soft eggshell blue contrasted beautifully with the orange-yellow of Hettie’s fur, and her whiskers and hair had been curled tastefully around her face. Hettie smiled, delighted. “Thank you, Beatrice! I was at the shops with a friend recently, you see, and well, we had quite a lovely time. I was due for a new dress, anyway. For everyday wear, mind. My debutante dress is done and ready for the night.”
“When is the debutante ball, this year?” Beatrice asked. She was genuinely curious, and always loved the gossip of the beautiful gowns and who was there and all the goings on of the upper class in their parties. A fascination, though no interest in partaking herself. She’d never much cared for the idea, even if her sisters had sighed in envy at the upper class girls. Dances were just dances, parties were just parties. Some you had more fun at than others. She liked the ones you could have fun at.
“The night of the Harvest moon in a few weeks time!” The young vixen responded, enthusiastic. “Auntie Maria is debuting me.”
“How wonderful!” Beatrice responded. It was wonderful. Of the three sisters Robert had, Maria was the one most well off in her life, and the one with the most experience of marrying off children to suitable matches. Her four had all married quite well, Beatrice knew. And the children of the other two sisters had been entrusted to Maria, and had all done well. So of course the matter of Hettie debuting was a job that fell to her. Maria would be able to take care of her niece and ensure she found a good husband.
“Nurse? May I have my bag, if you so please?”
Beatrice’s tail tensed at the forced calm of her doctor’s voice, the current of panic under the friendliness, but she did as asked, equally calm and equally friendly. As though nothing could be the matter. It was a well practiced tone that was designed not to scare the patients, Beatrice however knew what it was. She knew that tone well enough to know what it meant. “Yes doctor, of course. Right away.” She said with equal calm.
She gave the bag to him, and he continued talking to Rumblerush. He didn’t ask Hettie or Beatrice to leave, so she stayed with Hettie and continued talking about the upcoming dance. More to distract Hettie from noticing anything wrong and herself from asking Alistair what was the matter.
Presently the meeting and appointment came to a close, and they left.
“Is Robert alright?”
“Let’s just say, I hope Hettie marries a good man, or she’s strong enough to stand against a tyrant’s attentions on Brindy Outs and the very terrible things that could be done in the name of greed there.”
“Does Hettie know?”
He shook his head. “Robert wishes to keep it a secret till after the debutante ball. Hettie depends on a good match, little nurse. She cannot depend on the kindness of her family. She won’t find much sympathy in their arms.” He stared out into the drizzle of the day. “He took a sudden turn today, I don’t think he’ll last the next few years. He’ll be lucky to survive this one.”

Just added this little goodie to the site.
That's the last thing I'm doing tonight, so I'm going to log off and call it a night. Have a good one, everyone, and to those I haven't chatted with since disappearing, I hope you're all well.
Hello one, hello all.
Coming out of "retirement" to let you all know I'm working on a writer index website for myself. It'll have past and present works on it. :)
You can find it at: http://hannahs-writing-index.bubbleapps.io/version-test
Click around and see how you like it! My personal favorite is the If Luci Was a Foodie page.
