Just in case anyone was ever wondering, you can make Kronk’s Spinach Puffs at home, and they taste awesome.

Kronk’s Spinach Puffs

2 cans (8 oz each) Pillsbury refrigerated garlic butter crescent dinner rolls, or reg crescent rolls.

1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened.

3  eggs

1 small onion, chopped (1/4 cup)

1 box (9ox) frozen chopped spinach-thawed, squeezed to drain, or chop fresh spinach

1/4 tsp salt

1/8 tsp pepper

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Heat oven to 350*. Spray 16 muffin cups with non-stick cooking spray.

Separate each can of crescent dough into 8 triangles. Press 1 triangle on bottom & up the side of each muffin cup.

In large bowl, beat cream cheese with electric mixer on medium speed til smooth. Add eggs, beating well after adding each. Stir in onion, spinach, salt & pepper until well mixed.  Fold in cheese.  Fill each cup to the top with the egg mixture.  Don’t overfill!

Bake 15-20 minutes or until knife inserted comes out clean and edges of rolls are golden brown.  Serve Warm.

how coming out went for me.

also just so you know, i never threatened suicide, i don’t know where she got that from.

luckily i went in knowing that this would be the outcome, and really, i’m okay. my dad is the most supportive human being in the world and i’ve been staying with him since november. within the next week or two, i’ll be moving in with my partner and his family (who are also incredibly supportive and sweet).

finding health insurance and a car will be a pain, but it was worth it. the most toxic person in my life has been removed and i feel so much better now that i’m able to be myself after years of hiding and fearing for my security.

moral of the story: sometimes people who claim to love you will reject you because of who you are. but i promise you that life will go on and you will be much happier without them.

It’s extremely hard to write this post. It’s been a month of dealing with this, emotionally, medically, legally, on my own except for the beautiful support of my incredible friends.

Above, I have posted pictures of my injuries, as well as a picture of me now that my face is healed so you can see what I look like normally in comparison. And last, that is my attacker’s face.

I have kept it a secret from many people, unless they were my friends. I didn’t want to exploit myself. I didn’t want my business in public because I never do. But now it is getting worse and he continues to try to threaten me, have me followed, attempted to break into my home and has a long, long criminal record of severely beating women and other scummy, dangerous shit. I’m putting my pride aside because I realized I have nothing to lose except for him to get away with it as he apparently usually does.

His name is DAKOTA BOND. He goes by “Wayne” or “Painless Wayne” or “Ton Wayne.” He used to own Morning Star Tattoo until he assaulted me with 3 deadly weapons- he immediately lawyered up, sold his business and left his home. He is laying low and hiding, saying to his friends that I “like it rough” and “asked for it” and that my injuries were minimal. I had a severe concussion, was unrecognizable for weeks and to this day there is still blood in my eye.

IF YOU SEE THIS MAN, CALL THE POLICE. Do not tell him you know who he is, leave the fucking room and call the police. I do not want him to do this to anyone else. Please keep your eyes open, and know that I would never publicly show you all something so personal and painful without it being absolutely necessary.

——————————————— EDIT: Dakota is around 6’5, 200 lbs, 39 years old and covered in tattoos. He has a chest piece that says “Rose City King.” He is a tattoo artist- which means he will be looking for work. He has a strange accent which almost sounds Southern, though he grew up in middle America. (Mainly in Colorado and Portland, Oregon.) I do not know his whereabouts, but possible places he wants to escape to include California and New Orleans. He also was hiding in Boston. However, he attempted to kick down my door the other day so he may be in Brooklyn. AND TO ANYONE WHO TELLS ME TO CALL THE COPS- THEY HAVE BEEN WELL AWARE SINCE THE MOMENT IT HAPPENED. There is a warrant out already- assault with a deadly weapon, which is a felony.

Oh, and he did this because I didn’t leave work early enough.

Twitter user and live streamer, MissJupiter1957, was pulled from her wheelchair and assaulted by police, arrested and charged with “failure to obey police orders and 3rd degree assault” on a police officer. Her wheelchair was also confiscated by police. 

She was released a few hours later.
