In today scriptural reading, I reflect on that familiar self destructive coping mechanism:denial of my feelings, acting out, victim player, dissociation,attention seeking, masturbation, relational fantas etc. and all that hinders me on accepting God's grace, mercy and forgiveness. I always try to be self sufficient(self idolatry and self centered is my root). Lord, I lift up it up to you. Release me from the effect of my sins so that I can be my best version you daughter and servant.. 10.09.15 Friday Love Tank Filled. Ive been low for the past few days (bago makipagdinner with Family). May mga iniisip because of work, kaya I've confided to my Ate Nikko and niyaya ko si Auntie Natty to have dinner. Yung makasama at makakwentuha ang family namin is always enough for me para mapuno ang love tank ko. Minsan antagal ko pa ding marealized na hindi talaga mga material na bagay yung makakapagpasaya o satisfied sakin. Si Lord at maari niyang instrumento ang pamilya natin. While we are on our way to parking lot nagsimula na akong kausapin ni Auntie with my issues. Naririnig ko parin yung sarili ko na hindi ko marecognize yung mga rason ng nararamdaman ko. Pero having someone na makikinig sakin, mag aassure, nakakaintindi. Made me lightened up. Iba talaga kase ang wisdom ng mga matatanda at may pinagkatandaan. 8.17.2015 I don't feel well today. My spiritual emptiness reflects on my physical health. Sad lang kase I'm not doing it right, there is a leading from the holy spirit to confess again, pray more, read scripture but I did none of those and did what will lead me on the opposite end. I'm sorry G.='(( Clear my mind and heart. Help me to follow the leading. You know me well better than everybody else, better than myself. Holy Spirit I surrender to your leading.
