Still getting it!!
Don't worry guys, I'm still working hard and eating well! Moving with a newborn and starting school in the same week is no fun haha So despite not posting on here, I'm still doing the work. Current weight 169 as of this morning! So still losing it and looking forward to seeing those numbers drop even more❤👊🏻

GUYS Soooo it's been nuts. My landlords have been horrible, but it's Moving week, and the house is pretty much packed and ready! I CANT WAIT! I haven't been posting, but rest assured I'm still tracking everything and trying to stay active in between packing, moving, appointments, school, interviews, and a teething baby. And CLEARLY it's working!! From 182 to 170 in just a few weeks! I can't wait to start seeing 160s on the scale and keep working my way down! Yay!!!!

Even with my knee still hurting, and convinced I couldn't do it this morning, I still forced myself to meet my daily goal. Honestly, this is huge for me, especially when I could've easily stayed on the couch all day. I'm proud of myself for continuing to reach my goal. With that being said: 22:00 END OF DAY 9: Steps: 11198✅ Calories consumed: 1883✅ Calories burned: 2590✅ Calorie Budget: Under 92✅

Bad news is...
I think I sprained my knee. 🙄🙄🙄 I was an athlete for most of my life, and I swear I always get hurt at the worst possible time. That being said, I'm still gonna try and get out and walk today, but since I don't have a brace or anything, my steps are going to be no where near where they have been, and I'm not sure if I'll meet my step goal 😫 ughhh.

This morning was all messed up because of a last minute appt, and knee pain, but it’s now 09:05am, and I finally had time to weigh myself. This is AFTER breakfast and coffee, so I’m not that surprised it went up by 0.8lbs, but that’s okay!

DAILY GOAL MET ✅✅✅ I'm honestly shocked at how many steps I'm getting just by forcing myself to walk while I watch a few hours of tv. It's awesome, it makes me feel good, and half the time I'm so concentrated on my phone, I don't notice myself getting tired. It's awesome ☺️☺️☺️

Sorry it's so dark 😬 but WTF?!? I must've had a huggggeeee lunch yesterday! I was wearing light clothes like I am now, and weighed myself on 4 different surfaces, just like yesterday, to make sure my new scale was balanced. Granted, this is my first morning weigh in. But still. A week ago, my first morning weigh in was 182, so I am SHOCKED! I'm assuming all the walking I have done lately has helped me shred this initial weight! At this rate, I can reach my goal in no time ❤️❤️❤️❤️😍 (p.s it's 172.2 without my phone 😜)

Got my new scale today!
This is just after lunch, but I wanted to test it out.
I’ll be weighing myself every morning from here on out. At least I’m down 3lbs in a week!

I decided to do something again, so I created an Easy, healthy, meal prep! Yummy, and only takes about an hour for 3 days worth of food! - 3: 4oz chicken breasts - 4 fresh carrots - 1/2 red onion- cut into slices - 1/2 c red onion- diced - 1c mushrooms - 2 cloves garlic - 1 butternut squash - 4c spinach - 4c kale - 1/4c water - Salt and pepper - 6tbsp olive oil. 1. Prep!!! Wash and dry all produce. 2. Peel carrots and butternut squash 3. Roughly chop spinach, kale, and mushrooms 4. Cut squash into small cubes, and carrots into small rounds 5. Cut 1/2 onion into slices and dice other half. 6. Mince garlic 7. Line a cookie sheet with foil &a preheat over to 475. 8. Add small carrot rounds, squash cubes, and slices of onion. Add 2tbsp olive oil and mix thoroughly. Season with salt and pepper, and bake 16-18 minutes. 9. While that cooks, add 1tbsp olive oil to a large skillet. 10. Add garlic and diced onions until fragrant. 11. Add mushrooms to the skillet and cook until browned. 12. Transfer to bowl. 13. Add 1tbsp olive oil to skillet. 14. Add spinach and cook until wilted and bright in color 15. Transfer to same bowl. 16. Add 1tbsp olive oil to skillet 17. Add kale and cook until wilted and bright in color 18. Add 1/4c water and simmer until water cooks off. 19. Add to the same bowl. 20. Add 1tbsp olive oil to skillet 21. Add all chicken breasts and cook 22. Season with salt and pepper. 23. Once fully cooked, transfer to plate and cut into strips. Done! (Remember, you can always add, remove, substitute, etc. I just make these up as I go along, so changing them is no big deal. This is just an idea!) Now you have 4oz chicken breast with a side of sautéed mushroom, kale, and spinach, and a side of baked squash, onions and carrots. Many different flavors, lots of veggies, healthy, and only about 650 calories! That's awesome compared to a lot of things, not to mention how much food you get. Enjoy! -Kier

Recipe to try!!! HEALTHY SPAGHETTI
Okay, I just invented this with stuff around my house, although I'm sure it's been done before, but holy moly, it's soooo good and doesn't even taste "healthy". Took only about 15 minutes to cook, and only used one pan! Ingredients: - 2 cloves garlic - 1/2 cup diced red onion - 2c mushrooms - 2c spinach - 9oz butternut squash "noodles" - 1lb lean ground turkey - 1 jar organic Bertolli pasta sauce - 2tbsp extra virgin olive oil Steps: -add olive oil to pan -once hot, add garlic, and red onions until fragrant -add mushrooms and cook until softened and browned. -once mushrooms are browned, add spinach until bright and wilted. -set everything aside in a separate bowl -add ground turkey and sauté until cooked all the way through. -add salt and pepper -set aside in the same bowl as the veggies -add squash "noodles" to pan and sauté until softened. -add salt and pepper to taste -once cooked, add sauce to same pan, as well as the bowl of veggies and meat. -simmer everything together for 5 minutes on medium/low. ENJOYYYYY 👌🏼👌🏼👌🏼👌🏼👌🏼 so good and full of protein, veggies, and flavor! -Kiera

Slow day, Snow day
It's snowing, which hasn't happened in this small town in years. My baby is teething and pretty upset, my hubby is being a butthead, and people are coming over to view my house that we are about to move out of. Therefore my numbers are going to be pretty low, and I have no time to workout between cleaning and comforting. Today's gonna be disappointing, but I'm gonna do as much as I can to still meet my daily goal. It's 11:17 and I only have 2000 steps. 😒😫 Let's see if I can make this happen.
