I went to Calgary Expo this year with @furikuo ! Got some goodies and my picture took much more than I was expecting
All in all, baby's first convention went really well 10/10

Hey lol, completely forgot to make a follow-up post about the Heart concert.
Unfortunately, I only stayed for Cheap Trick. I got a terrible headache about halfway though and went home during the intermission. I'm just glad we (my mother and I) had won and not purchased the tickets so at least it wasn't a monetary waste. Better luck next time I suppose.

The concert is over! It was amazing, a very lively band, lots of bits and jokes. I didn't end up taking a lot of pictures though, I was too busy clapping and singing. I was also paying (probably too much) attention to the groups of people dancing that had formed at the sides of the seating, honestly it was very heartwarming to see people so happy :)
This is why I love music and seeing concerts, so many people are all connected over a single topic. So many vastly different lives coming together in the same place to enjoy the same thing.
Also a little unsteady video I got when they were performing 'wasn't that a party'

What will I post?
I'll be posting with an emphasis on the art I make! I primarily make digital art, but occasionally you'll see a handful of pencil sketches or maybe even an acrylic painting or two!
Aside from my art, I'll probably post about whatever I'd like to share, maybe it's a cool bug I saw or I'll talk about a movie i like. Basically this blog will be one part art, one part random junk that I think is interesting and neat ^_^
