Your f/o would never take a joke too far. If you're a little sensitive and have a hard time taking jokes sometimes, they know that, and will make sure you feel comfortable, never joking about things you don't want to hear or taking small jokes too far. Your f/o would never think you're childish if you ask them to tone down the teasing or joking.

If someone else is being like that to you, your f/o will do all they can to protect you and comfort you. They know how much it can effect you, and they want you to feel ok.
