It's always interesting to see other people's interpretations of Niffty here, especially since she tends to lean towards the evil end of the spectrum while my interpretation just... doesn't. Lmao. I think part of the reason is because in general I just think she's a good lady deep down and fully believe she'll be redeemed eventually. Plus she seems like the loyal type, someone who didn't have to be open to the others at the hotel when summoned but chose to be anyways. I suppose I like making her suffer to see what'll happen when she's vulnerable while others like making her the one to cause suffering because she's got a knack for punishing people. Plus I feel like I should explain what I think when I think of Niffty wanting to be safe at times. I don't really think she's afraid of death or physical pain but I think she'd be afraid of pain in the intimate, emotional variety. So when she's stuck with Valentino or kidnapped by Vox I think she'd be scared because she doesn't have a choice, or even an illusion of choice if you go with interpretations where Alastor's manipulating Niffty for his own personal gain. Plus I think if Niffty worked for Val he'd push and push until he got past even Niffty's pain threshold and then it'd stop being enjoyable. Like punishing a bad boy seems to be a fantasy Niffty has as a way to simulate danger without getting too emotionally attached because she's a mess and if she's in too much pain to keep it together she'd feel like a mess.

Agree! Thats my perception of Niffty too, yknow. I think she's a sweetie pie, just a bit fucked up.

Vox belittles Alastor by calling him pet names like "fawn", reminding him about how "deers are prey animals" constantly

If Alastor were ever into lustful activities, I can confidently say he would be into foreplay of soul owning. Vox putting Alastor on a leash / chain, chugging the love potion down his throat and using the hypnotic on him to completely knock his brains out if Alastor is playing a little too hard to get

On Alastor's rut days, Vox would forcefully breed him. But he wouldn't use anything mind numbing, in fact the opposite. To "prove" Alastor that Vox is the only trusted person who can deal with this

Very hot. I love dominant Vox. Completely putting him out of it with the love potion + hypnosis combination... love it! Complete control.

i have to throw in my two cents about niffty and angel working for val...

what if. niffty worked for val but she was the one always dominating? fucked up tastes and skills on par with val's own, so he'd put her in those more violent roles more often than not.

when she's put in a film with angel, val tells her to completely wreck him.

she hesitates at first because of their friendship, but orders are orders. and oopsie, she kinda enjoyed it a bit. a lot actually

she's either really ashamed of herself, looking out very secretly for opportunities to repeat that scenario with huge guilt of how she's betraying angel, or openly embraces it, breaking his poor heart to pieces. he thought they were friends! she was supposed to be on his side!

Forgive the feralness but I thought of some Angel Dust content. What if Angel Dust and Niffty ended up becoming platonic life partners after both of them ended up trapped in an eternal contract with Valentino? They're both miserable and worn out with no salvation in sight but they've got each other. I don't even think Niffty and Angel would have any romantic moments but I do imagine that they'd volunteer to couple up in Valentino's films if it meant the other actors wouldn't hurt them.

Lately I've gotten into radiomoth. I'm mainly a radiostatic, but I enjoy some background staticmoth, and you can't write post-S1 radiostatic without factoring in valentino. I've thought a lot about Alastor's feelings on Valentino, Valentino's feelings on Alastor, and all the similarities they share (like it or not). So I really need radiomoth to scratch that itch in my brain.

(I'm aware radiomoth also refers to pilot AlastorVaggie but I couldn't care less because Vaggie is not, as of show canon, a moth)

Alastor x Valentino seems like a fun, tumultuous ship, with lots of power struggles and banter. I think itd kind of resemble Vox and Val in a sense!

Opinions on radiostatic? I mostly love the idea of Vox being a total creep to Alastor, and wanting to take control of him every second. (Not limited to the love potion, and the constant stalking)

I like that, lol. Throw in some naughty stalking elements and im sold.

Vox obsessively watching Alastor's every move, secretly sneaking into Alastor's room to steal one of his coats so he can just... smell his scent. It relaxes him.

Alastor keeps noticing articles of clothing missing but he genuinely has no clue where they went, so hes just like... whatever. Meanwhile Vox is sleeping with his coat as a pillow case lmfao

What do you do if someone who wanted to send an anonymous ask accidentally sent a non anonymous ask to you?

If i was aware that they did not want the non anonymous ask to be posted, i would:

1. Delete the ask, OR

2. Copy the text from the ask, and paste it in a post, so they can have what they asked seen and answered without their account being leaked
