After a week of having Penny's body, Lucy is feeling much more confident. Sheldon thought it might be time to change them back. Surprise! The spell didn't change them back. Instead it swapped Bernadette and Sheldon's bodies.

After a week of Sheldon being a woman with Bernadette's body Amy had enough and decided to take matters into her own hands. She looked through the spell book for a way to change Sheldon back to normal. She thinks she found the perfect spell. Just to make sure Amy reads the spell out load to herself. She thinks this will work, not realizing that she was suddenly as tall as Sheldon was. Amy gets up quickly to tell Leonard about what she found in the book. At that point it was clear that something was wrong.

Bernadette meets up with Ramona in the hallway. The sparks are flying. Bernadette is feeling the effects of the testosterone now corsing through her vains. Ramona recognizes the attraction and devises a plan to seduce Bernadette to gain access to the spell book and take it for herself

After luring bernadette into the bedroom Ramona used her stamina to out last Bernadette. After Bernadette fell asleep from exhaustion Ramona looked through the spell book until she found a spell that would greatly enhance her body. Her rapidly growing breast ripped her Bra and sweater. Ramona takes a sweater dress from Lucy's closet it is tight but it fits. Ramona now plans on moving to Florida tonight with the book. They will never see her or the book again.

After they notice the book is missing Penny realizes that she is going to be stuck with Lucy's body forever.

After 6 months Lucy is much more assertive and confident. She has completely taken over Penny's life

Penny finally discovered that Leonard and Lucy have been sleeping together for several weeks.

Sheldon has been going out with Stuart for several months and they are getting married. It might just be because Sheldon is expecting.
