In the funniest sequence, Nathan Lane and the cast discuss Elaine Stritch's role in the first Broadway making-of documentary, Original Cast Album: Company.

In other segments, Lane and Matthew Broderick discuss how they got involved in The Producers, and they, Mel Brooks, and director Susan Stroman offer mutual praise.

There's also a photo gallery that shows scenes from the stage production.

While most DVD photo galleries consist of humdrum stills from the film you've already seen, this one is invaluable; because the documentary takes place in the recording studio, the photo gallery provides the only glimpse of the costumes and sets that made the show sparkle.

It's a pleasant surprise that the DVD offers the option of Dolby Digital 5.1 sound.

The Adventures of Pluto Nash [VHS]

A wonderful movie that I never heard about when it was first released.

This movie was released in 2002. I never heard of it before seeing it in around 2015.

I just now in 2022 got a personal copy of the DVD and it is still fun to watch.

It's got a good story. It's got good scripting, and good acting.

The special effects are good, but not intrusive.

It is humorous and upbeat throughout.

I don't understand why more people don't seem to know about it.

It didn't seem to get much publicity in 2002.
