i usualy use weightd blankies, or i try tomake sure i hav thibgs avalabl for me to distract with beforehand . havng a comfort item or stufie helps to when all else fails . i hope this helps

can you guys help with something. anytime i feel small i become pretty sexual, obviously due to being a very sexual kid experiencing a lot of trauma. does anyone have any advice to not feel or think in a sexual way when they regress ?? im asking regressors who are trauma survivors only, preferably (co)csa survivors.
