It's almost 12 AM and I miss you.

It takes a truly beautiful person to be truly trusted by another. Sometimes someone might be afraid or sad or both but if just thinking of that other person or speaking to that other person makes that someone feel better then that's friendship. There is someone you can count on to be there in the back of your mind. They are there, they know, they see and they remind you that you are not alone and that things will be ok.

Days like this make me want to spend a day with Erik, maybe a week with him and forget about everything that is hurting me. Because he notices when I'm acting strange and forces me to talk instead of just taking everything I say at face value and moving on with his day. This is what being a friend is supposed be like, right? Needing to curl up on your best friends lap and cry until you can't anymore...
