Do light workouts. You don’t need weights, but they help once you get more fit. Just start by literally doing calf raises, it’s just standing with an extra step. Do 50 at a time, 3 times a day, it takes like 45 seconds. For arms just do some curls with light weights, or like 3 sets of 15-20 pushups a day. Then instead of crunchies, just do some planks. The planks added with the change of food and more water will get you that 6 pack of abs you’re looking for. Also recommend stretching everyday, hit your neck, your arms, legs, and your spine.
