At the moment, we're trying to focus on getting chats working and making the site look nice and functional, but this might be a future feature! I would definitely love to be able to screen share anime and other shows with my friends on movie night hehe

We are! I'm so sorry to everyone following along for the Tumblr Hiatus, there has been a lot going on lately and I haven't had time to keep up with maintaining our social media. I'll try to be more acvite from now on and offer updates. In terms of where we're at, last I heard we're in the process of layout design and getting the chat function to work.

Are there any updates in regard to this site?

Atm everything's still in the early and slow stages, like a fetus tearing itself from its dead mothers womb and crawling helplessly towards the nearest sign of heat. Dont ask why i described it like that I'm a very morbid man Right now most of our focus is going into getting something to function and making it all look nice so that we can hopefully advertize a little better. Stay tuned, I also check this blog for questions every now and then so questions are likely to be answered!

hihi <3!! i just have quick question, in an earlier post you mentioned sticking with it being a "chat/avatar-making" thing for the time being, so would it be like having little sprites/characters instead of just a floating profile picture? or avatar as in just something to represent where you are

Good question! While my programmers are programming, I'm getting to work on designing some sprites + ways to dress them up! In the future, we hope to add an option to display your camera as well, but for now, it's likely it'll have to be something akin to pony town in terms of interacting with other users.

Do you take suggestions? I don't want to be a bother but I'd like to know if there could be a layout format for the background to put pictures in, like a vinyl album wall. And thank you and anyone who helps for doing this, I'm not religious but I would consider this as "doing the Lords work". You guys are amazing!

yes, suggestions are very welcome!! I can chat with my other ui designer and our scripter about making layouts! But for now we're struggling with setting up a server that can remember users and allow logins! With due time...!

Ok so

There are some things I've got to talk about regarding myself and the project

first and foremost: I'm saying it again, I CURRENTLY WORK ALONE! I'm also still a student and in the process of moving house. So it will take a very long time for me to finish the site and rack up the money to get it online with a domain. I might consider setting up a Kofi or patreon or something later on in the project.

second: I'm new at this! I'm learning coding VERY slowly, because it's hard for me to intake information (blame my autism and adhd.) I'm trying, but it's gonna take a while and a lot of help from my dad.

Finally: I'm gonna be putting the project on hold for a while. Like I mentioned, I'm moving and having some problems with getting into a new school on the last term of the year. Until everything has calmed down in my life, I'll only be working on my games. You can see my studio's blog here!
