In my previous post, I explained there are limited vegan options in Columbus. Although they don’t deliver, I still was highly pleased with @properlyfueled. It’s a cute boutique restaurant. The food was delicious. I had All Hail Kale Caesar and added grilled tofu. I also tried the Smoky Sweet Potato Salad. I was worried that I wouldn’t like coconut bacon, but it was good. It was nice to be at a place where I didn’t have to make alterations to my dishes.
