Summary: See, Tango (of the Tek variety) has long since been dealing with minor memory problems. No big deal, really. Just little memory lapses. They generally gave him little trouble, so Tango had learned to live with them.

And then season nine rolls around, and his memory gets worse, and Impulse drags him out of his Decked Out hole, and suddenly, Impulse is dropping an explanation for his memory issues that Tango thinks might make his head explode.

Or: Tango has memory issues, and Impulse thinks that Tango might be part of a system.
