How's the project doing??

Well its still in the writing phase, we took a break this month because of Christmas!

If you guys did have a discord server, what would be the age rating? I’m 18 turning 19 and I don’t entirely feel comfortable being around anyone under 15

What engine will the game be made on? Or will it be made in something like powerpoint?

Also! If you do make it on a game engine, is there any plans to make it available for MacOS? As a Mac user I feel so left out sometimes 😭

Don't worry about the Mac thing as the game is currently being made on a MacOS computer, i definitely understand the pain of most stuff being on windows though

it will be on both Mac and Windows once out

Also the engine we are going to try and use for the game is Ren'Py, the main coder (Zac) is currently learning how to use it!

That is undecided at the moment, right now we are focusing on writing the script and making concepts

Will other characters or OCs be involved? If so which ones? (If you're allowed to say)

Yeah to both, while Kevin is the main guy there are other characters you'll see

Like for example there will be Radford and there will be Jack and John

And of course there will be more, ocs will have more minor appearances like customers or other specific jobs

What is 'Hey! Candyboy' you ask? It's a dating simulator related to Kevin, taking a little inspiration from 'Tender loving cannibal' another wonderful dating sim that you should check out.

This project started out as just a silly idea, was not expecting all the hype and excitement! This would be my first actually big visual novel game, and while i have a little experience on other game genres I have mostly just been doing art for games like backgrounds or sprites. Consider this a passion project because I really like Kevin, and I'm happy to slowly bring this game to life.
