My name is Eman, and I am a mother of three young children. Until recently, we had a home, a life, and a sense of stability in Gaza. I ran a small office, worked hard to provide for my family, and like any mother, I dreamed of a better future for my children.

But everything changed in an instant. The war in Gaza destroyed our home, my office, and my livelihood. In a matter of moments, our lives were turned upside down, and we were forced to flee, leaving behind the only life we knew.

Now, my children and I are refugees in a new city, trying to find a way to rebuild from nothing. We have lost not just our home and possessions but also our sense of security and hope. My children ask me daily when we can go home, but I have no answer for them. The war has taken everything from us.

I am reaching out for help because I believe in the kindness and generosity of people. With your support, we can start to rebuild our lives. Donations will go towards finding a safe place for my children, securing basic necessities, and eventually, rebuilding a new future for us all.

I accept death in Gaza, I lost the one who made me cling to this life, but I cannot bear to lose my father, brothers and sisters. I just want to tell you that it has been six and a half months since I opened the donation campaign for my family, and during this period we have lost many new family members, from my father being arrested by the Zionists and tortured, to my brother Mohammed being shot by a sniper, to our displacement to the south. I have been appealing to you for more than six months, asking you all to get me and my family out of the war zone. I cannot imagine Lulu’s future here after she lost her father in the bombing of our house and became an orphan suffering from fractures and malnutrition. It's with a heavy but hopeful heart that I watch Palestinian families fundraiser on here, slowly accumulating the precious little money to go around that they need to survive. However, not everyone is so lucky. A lot of Palestinians that have not had that kind of luck, that did not get early verification, that did not get massive platforms behind them from large bloggers, have approached me in my inbox, asking me kindly to do what I can for them. It kills me that I have so little to give myself, but I've seen this platform collectively raise enough to change someone's life. I've made a list of Palestinian fundraisers that are extremely low on funds, in the hope that drawing attention to people who have not been lucky at all can help turn that luck around. Hello again, I am Oday from Gaza, I live in war, fear and destruction, we have been living for almost a year now but we do not know how long, we have been displaced from our home more than 13 times,

every time I was displaced to another place I prayed that this would be the last, but then came the idea of forced exit to search for safety where there is no safety, we got very tired and our bodies were exhausted, we no longer had the energy to continue, we lived hunger, thirst, cold and all the difficult conditions that humans cannot imagine,

we did not imagine that a day would come when we would live all of this, I lost a lot of my family and I don't want to lose more we would live all of this, I lost my family and my childhood home, even my friends are no longer there, I was left alone!! I am looking for salvation from death, I fear death and I dread it, the idea is terrifying to leave your dreams, ambitions and the life you planned for and go from this world, we do not deny death but we do not want to live it now,

I had a beautiful life, suddenly I do not know how I lost my life, we live in a tent that can only accommodate 3 people, made of nylon that no human can bear, just standing in it for more than two minutes during the day is enough to melt you, in addition to insects, diseases and lack of privacy, imagine all this!! It’s entirely against my will that I live in a world where it’s okay that a full on genocide has been ongoing for almost a year now (and in reality for decades longer than that) and that entire families have been displaced since October and that the one thing people can actually do about it (fund families who’re trying to evacuate), they are complaining about doing. Like that’s completely out of my control. I don’t see how the history books can look back on this a century from now and not see it as anything other than an abject failure of the highest degree when it comes to caring about other human lives (especially those in the global south).
