Reverse racism cannot and does not exist.

Racism is the discrimination against black people that dates much further back than you can imagine. Our society has been built in a way for centuries that puts white people higher than black people. A white person has never been denied a job because of their race. A white person has never been shot on the street because of their race. If you are white and you think you are the victim. You're not. Racism does not equal "a black girl told me I can't dance one time." Racism is the structural oppression of non-whites through the government legislator, cultural "norms", representation in the media, ect.

So, to any white people reading this, don't act like the victim when there are real people out there being killed just because they aren't white.

Hey White People: instead of pretending the racist shit you did in the past didn’t happen, do something to make reparations.

Hey White People: before you put the finishing touches on your educational pod for your kids, how about you invite the POC family down the street to join you, pay-what-you-can?

Hey White People: 

You still have white privilege even if you are working class, and don’t have a degree, and are under- or un-employed. Don’t blame People of Color for your problems. Blame rich, generationally privileged white people who created the system you’re stuck in. Poor whites are just as fucked by the system as POC.

Hey White People, Let’s stop mentally disassociating when we are confronted with urban black poverty.

The next time I hear a white person with slave-owning ancestors minimize slavery and/or say “But my ancestors were gooooood to theyr people.” 

I will do this to you:

I don’t care if you know all the words to the song. I don’t care if your POC friends are singing too. I don’t care if they are not offended by you. I AM.

DO NOT SING THAT WORD, WHITE PEOPLE! DO. NOT. SING. OR. SAY. IT. EVAR. 

You need to expertly drop out at that word. It’s what the radio does. You can figure it out.

White culture is all like,

*steals a continent, enacts genocide of indigenous inhabitants, systematically destroys an ecosystem, imports more subjugated peoples to act as forced labor, uses capitalism to create a hierarchy of white elites and an underclass of People of Color*

Waits 100 years.

Says to everyone: “See how much better everything is since we showed up!”

Hey White People: How about we cancel “Plantation” Weddings. Unless you describe them on your engraved invitation as “Forced Labor Camp” Weddings.

Hey White People: How about we stop ignoring other white people when they’re being racist assholes because we don’t want to “cause trouble.” When we’re silent we are complicit in their hate.
