Hi 👋, My name is Mohammad, and I’m reaching out in a moment of desperate need. I’m a father of three young children living in Gaza, and we are caught in the midst of a catastrophic war. Our home is no longer a safe haven, and the future here seems increasingly uncertain. 💔

kamala harris is electable. more so than joe biden. yes this country is racist and sexist. and kamala harris IS still very fucking electable. "she's a cop" yeah! everyone who serves as president of the united states fucking sucks lmao. but yk what?? she can beat trump. she doesnt wholly embrace fascist policy. she generally aligns with a lot of important issues-- abortion, the green new deal, lgbtq+ rights, fact-based public education-- and that buys us time to organize our communities, to improve safeguards and community care and uproot the fascism taking hold without a fully fascist president breathing down our necks. "the democrats suck too" yup they really do!! and yet i still prefer that to the gop's wholehearted embrace of true fascism, of overturning free and fair elections and shifting power to unelected federal judges. so!! enough of the hand wringing please!! we need to buy some fucking time so yes kamala harris will need to win and yes she is very capable of winning there is strategy there, there is money there, and the american people above all rn want someone who isnt decaying into the literal ground thank you that is all.

Yes yes, I too am very sad and annoyed that Trump is not dead, I got all breathlessly excited and queued up "Ding Dong The Witch Is Dead" to be ready for a great announcement, and then I didn't even get to play it. It's a huge bummer.

However, step two of this huge bummer is NOT "Oh no and now his fandom will be EVEN MORE ANNOYING, we have basically already lost :((((" That is the devil speaking. Step two is to say "Ah heck, his fandom is going to be even more annoying, better FUCKING VOTE AND MAKE SURE EVERYONE I KNOW ALSO VOTES" Stop your worthless defeatism, stop your stupid pessimism, stop trying to GIVE UP AND SURRENDER just cause one weird thing happened.

getting back into things that your toxic ex bsf depised>>

I'm rewatching xmen first class and getting mcu brainrot. it's been so nice getting back into things I enjoy. my ex bsf was a mcu hater and would relentlessly criticize us for actually enjoying marvel films. just bc they aren't comic book accurate doesn't mean they aren't enjoyable

nothing is going to be comic book accurate, plot wise, one still needs to take consideration for charactistics of characters such as Wanda maximoff being a Romani character or that's shes jewish

my little sister is upset with me. I don't know what I did, I probably said something I forgot. she's been mad at me, not talking to me. I congratulated her for winning her tennis matches, she didn't even say thank you and I'm having a rsd moment/maybe the start of a meltdown? I scratched my arm bc I was upset and didn't feel like I deserved a pain free way to desrequlate. im doing better rn, writing this to regulate and listening to a sherlock podcast
