FINALLY SOMEONE WHO GETS IT OMG

Anyone else feel a bit disappointed and almost deceived over the billie and nat thing?

Like I'm not saying that she isn't interested in men at all but her recent activities felt very wlw to me. For example, lunch and guess are so clearly female inspired, flirting with Amelia on chicken shop, calling haley baley (i dunno her last name, the tiktoker one) hot as balls, the video of her sucking odessa tongue, and dancing/grinding on odessa and quinn. She seemed to be acting for the queer community (tbh thats how i got into her music, billie bossa nova came up in my spotify gay mix thingy) which got her a lot more fans . and then got a boyfriend

She doesn't owe the public a explanation or daily updates about her love life it just feels like the way she's been acting or been portrayed was very quer. I honestly thought she was slowly revealing a wlw relationship.

I don't get the people who are angry at her or saying she's queerbaiting. but i think it left a lot of people (including me) feeling a bit confused and kind of lied to. Like everytime she seems to be hinting around queerness she dates a boy, e/g billie bossa nova and then Jesse, or lunch and guess and now nat.

I feel like theres also a chance that its not all her, like its her team doing these things to get a new group of people interested in her. She's clearly a private person about her romantic relationships and she would know that the pap would be looking at the balcony so kissing on would 100% end in a photo being taken. - being photographed kissing women (which a lot of people say she’s not photographed doing so but there’s photos of it), expressing your interest solely towards women, telling the media you’re more interested in women than men, and even writing a song about how sex with your ex was bad kind of hints to the public that you’re interested in women

- people are allowed to be upset/shocked. as a lesbian girl, i was genuinely upset when i saw the pictures. it literally made me nauseous because this whole time i thought she was more interested in women. i really don’t care if that’s overdramatic but it was a genuine reaction

- my friend had also said this “i understand being bisexual but if you're that forward about being attracted to women and are painting yourself in that light, people are going to be upset that you just go and date a man after all of that” and i honestly agree with this so much because as much as i love billie, this is exactly what she did and i don’t really support her for that
