headcanons about stamatins' childhood?? can we hear them please??? im so fucking normal about them

I don't think my headcanons are that interesting but here's a couple if you want haha

1. I headcanon that their mother used to work as a teacher at an all-girls school, but had to retire due to health problems. She always dreamed of a baby daughter, but boom - she got not one but two boys. She couldn't bring herself to love them, although she did her best to educate them.

One little headcanon that I have for Andrey because of that: He can actually play the piano relatively well, but he HATES it because his mother used to beat him if he got a note or two wrong. (I'm totally not projecting guys haha what)

(Peter: /a russian nursery rhyme to comfort someone in pain/

Andrey: it's alright, I haven't even made that many mistakes today!)

2. One time their father took Peter to one of his friends' jewellery workshops. Peter ended up making a cute tiny cat pin, but at the last moment his hand slipped and the cat lost one of her legs. He still took her home and gifted her to Andrey. Andrey absolutely loved her and the twins nicknamed her "трëхногая Мотя" ("the three-legged Motya"). Peter eventually forgot about her, but Andrey still carries her in his pocket.

3. When their mother came home drunk and Andrey was away, Peter preferred not to confront her, he just hid somewhere safe and quiet, like deep in the garden or in the closet if it was cold. He would sometimes fall asleep there and be found by Andrey hours later. (One time Andrey had to be away for two days, so Peter stayed in the closet waiting for his brother to come and tell him that it's finally safe to come out.)
