Work from Hills! #Workfromhills. This term wasn’t hyped 2 years back or I should say “Pre Covid Era”. Who used to stay in Homestays?  In 2020, world witnessed not only the worst part of pandemic but also the dependency of human beings in technology as they were imprisoned inside their homes. They had nothing but Laptop, Smartphone, TV and Internet. The world wasn’t prepped  and so though the companies and organization on resuming their regular operations.  Employees were given the liberty to work from home and many took this liberty as Workcation a jargon which we weren’t familiar earlier. Some went to hills, some to beaches and some to offshore/offbeat locations to spend time with their loved ones and to simultaneously complete their daily corporate chores.  Though the world has returned to its normal phase, but employers realized the cost they can save on letting people work from their place. Today many organization have permanently moved its operations to these offshore locations. No need to come to office, you can work from wherever you wish.  This trend has evolved like a wildfire and its benefiting mentally, physically and financially.
