i’m never not thinking about how gansey would be a depressed gifted burnout kid except he has so much guilt about getting a second chance at life that then manifested as extreme anxiety over not being worthy of that second chance and all that anxiety pushes him to find a dead welsh king and anything else extraordinary he can bc he thinks he owes it to the world. anyone who thinks gansey is ok or has it all together is not paying attention. the man needs some serious therapy and a hug.
