It’s very comforting to know that there are many people who stand with Latinx people and immigrants. This is very emotional for me because I am latina and it always makes me tear up thinking of someone I know getting deported, either it be family or friends. I am extremely privileged to look white and to already be a citizen of the US, but a lot of people aren’t, so we need to stand up for them.

No one is illegal on stolen land. Mexicans and Native Americans have always been on US soil even before it became America and we will always be on this soil. You will not erase our history, how immigrants built this country on their backs.

They aren’t targeting just ‘criminals’ but they are targeting people who just look Hispanic/Latinx. They’re separating families.

This isn’t what I usually post about but it’s extremely important to post about. We aren’t criminals, animals, or aliens, we’re people. We are people who breathe and bleed the same as anyone else.

You would always complain about being skinny too which was extremely annoying as someone who wasn’t skinny and who had a BED at the time (and still does) and asking me how to gain weight was WILD. You aren’t the victim in this situation and the fact that you did this to multiple people show that you’re the common denominator and I feel bad for the people who are friends with you now because you’re exhausting to deal with.
