when saturn and neptune come into contact through any major aspect, expect weather to become unstable, especially due to neptune telling us of atmospheric conditions. saturn causes drought, deserts, lack of moisture, whereas neptune is foggy and wet.

in the late 1930s, a saturn-neptune opposition in pisces and virgo respectively birthed the great dust bowl

in the early 1950s, a saturn-neptune conjunction in libra birthed the 50s texas droughts

saturn restricts or lessen, and neptune is water itself - so this can be interpreted as saturn restricting neptune’s expression. and with both being in aries, it’s hot hot hot!

and that don’t mean interpretation of degrees, bc i believe very much in critical degrees, bounds, decans, etc. i even like symbolic degrees! what i don’t believe in is every degree having a sign that rules it, and this condition being indiscriminately an influence over all planets in all signs. it just doesn’t make sense to me i’m afraid . . for ex, why does every sign start at aries and end at leo? wouldn’t it make sense for the first degree to begin with the sign it’s currently in? chile idk

hear me out bc i actually enjoy reading them . . so the propaganda is not necessarily the persona charts themselves, but the practice of them. like, bc why do u need to see lilith in ur north node persona chart? u won’t even remember that shit after u cast the chart. all-in-all, i do feel that the usage of persona charts can be insightful but mainly for the big three. when folk start using them for anything floating in space that’s larger than a skipping rock, i kinda turn into jemima kirke. in a loving way tho, no shade at all. but yes, sometimes we are thinking bout ourselves too much lol!

۶ৎ the astro of the end of the world ۶ৎ

y’all remember back in 2010-2013 when everyone was obsessed with the end of the world as we know it?

it was in the songs, the movies, the video games, the books. “2012” by jay sean (2010), the movie 2012, world war z, & many more. in music videos such as “where have you been” by rihanna (2012) and “run the world” by beyoncé (2011), there’s a gritty, revolutionary, post-societal sorta aesthetic. deserts and fire. a lot of african & arab people, lmaooo. conspiracy videos ‘exposing’ corruption flooded our youtube home pages.

we were so fascinated by the end of everything — but why?

when casting a chart for january 1st, 2012, the first thing i noticed was uranus had just entered aries. it’s at 0° — a degree of cultivation. it’s the first moment a planet enters a sign

before that, uranus had been transiting pisces. it did enter aries around late may ‘10, but it wobbled back into pisces during a retrograde. this is important! pisces is a sign of dissolution — things are dissipated and dispersed. there is no longer a comforting physical form in the misty fog of pisces

pertaining to uranus, this means society. culture. people. technology. the world, experienced as a social network of consciousness. people felt like it was quite literally ending. it’s the last sign in the zodiacal wheel, so there is a relative signification of the end before the new (which would be aries)

during uranus’s transit into the void of pisces — especially on that anaretic degree of 29° which represents destruction — people became increasingly involved with the idea of the world ending, but not just in a material sense. but a spiritual and psychological one; hence, we see lots of claims about the illuminati, about free masons, about evil overlords who maintain power through siphoning (pisces) from us common people (ruled by uranus)

there began to be a general distrust in celebs. as i said, uranus represents the masses of individuals, and pisces is a sign of deceit and untrustworthiness. every celeb had an allegation at this point of time. beyoncé — having had this transit in her twelfth house of isolation and her first house of self — got a huge brunt of it. and it trickled onto blue ivy, who was born during this transit

folks was walking around saying her name stood for Born Living Under Evil, Illuminati’s Very Youngest. and blue has a ninth house aries uranus so… there’s that lol

pisces is a riddling sign. even when it does tell the truth, it’s never quite direct. so people were looking for signs of illuminati or free mason affiliation pretty much all the time because there was a belief that the illuminati tucked hidden messages and clues into their puppets’ content. things like covering an eye, reversing songs to find satanist declarations, and so on

so with all of this underground theory floating in the air during the pisces uranus transit, it exploded into post-apocalyptic narratives once uranus entered aries. it’s fiery, it’s hot, it doesn’t take heed to authority — aries is headstrong, and with uranus (the planet of the individuals of a mass) entering this sign, i think people began to idolize the idea of this world being destroyed and coming together to survive the new unforgiving hellscape. of course, they didn’t quite act on it lmao, but the fantasy was there. we’re surviving, we’re killing zombies or overthrowing oppressors. we live in dystopian hellscapes, and we’d do whatever we need to do to liberate ourselves

as i said, jan 1st, 2012 began with uranus at 0° aries. that’s a lot of punchy, energetic, taking-the-initiative energy. so it became less about arming ourselves with the knowledge of secret societies or whatnot, and more about acting. it became bringing the change we wanted to see, even if it destroys everything. with pisces’ end, uranus in aries wanted to begin anew. we wanted to be brave enough be the ones to do that
