if you can have two ocs in a duo, are you also able to submit like two in general if one or both are in groups? like would you be allowed to submit one oc in a duo with a friend's oc and one oc submitted on their own? or two ocs in two different duos?
You yourself can only submit one entry, but if your friends want to submit a duo with one of your characters in it they're free to!!

For duos, outside of ocs being your own or with a friend, and ocs being bi are there any other requirements for who can count as a duo?
Nope! As long as they're bi that's all they need to qualify! They could be friends, a couple, enemies, hell- they could be a pair of buildings! As long as they're bi they're welcome >:3

What is Your OC Like?
solveig is my tes oblivion oc and she has just SO many problems. imagine being severely mentally ill in a medieval fantasy setting with no access to proper mental health care. one time someone tried to mug her but then realized she had nothing and they felt so bad for her and the whole state she was in the mugger was like 'ok you need help' and became her friend. shes blessed to have an orc wife who loves her no matter how many times she sprints off into the woods in the midst of a manic episode. what else? she has a horse named 'horse' because she couldnt come up with anything better. she wants to be a heroic knight but is far better at killing people than saving them. her solution to most of her problems is to lie face down on the floor motionless for a while (also the picture is done by my friend whose url is @symbie not by me, i hope thats alright, also i put that here cause i didnt know where else to)

She's so stupid and mean. she's just a huge mean pathetic jerk i love her. i think she's extremely horrendous because of how much of a jerk she can be.

Chandra is a gloomy debby downer who doesn't have many friends and claims to prefer it that way. Despite this she gets roped into the tragedy of everyone wants to be her friend anyways, because like how can anyone not want a bunch of friends to party with. the protagonist Valerie thinks she's just shy and could be won over with enough love and snuggles, but chandra is actually just mean. She likes horror films and trashy romance novels, and garbage josei manga and werewolves, her hobby is fixing computers and selling parts for extra cash
