This is a blog dedicated to running OC tournaments! A new theme will be decided every time, decided by the followers. The first theme will be chosen by me, and is as follows:

Note: Does not need to actually be a God! "God" refers to you, their creator, who enjoys putting them in situations.

To submit an OC, please read the rules below carefully before submitting!

I will be accepting fandom OCs and personal story OCS! However, for personal reasons I will not be accepting Harry Potter/Wizarding World, Hazbin Hotel/Helluva Boss or Homestuck OCs. This rule is firm and will not change.

You must submit a description of your OC and why they're God's favourite punching bag for them to be eligible!

The size of the bracket will be determined by the amount of submissions we receive.

No real people/canon characters can be submitted.

Be civil! ANY hostility towards other people or their OCs will result in being blocked and banned from interacting with any tournaments. This blog is not intended to breed hatred, but to showcase people's OCs and to generate new likings towards them!

You may submit up to three OCs, but only one per form! You will have to name your Tumblr blog to submit an OC, but you can request not to be named in the polls.

Self propaganda is allowed and encouraged, but hate propaganda towards other people's OCs is not allowed under any circumstances.

Your character must have some sort of reference image. Picrews and other dollmakers are allowed, but faceclaims are not.

Welcome, friends!

This is the OC tournament! Submit any of your original characters to have them go head to head! Just submit their full name, the title of their story (if applicable!), and a little biography for me to use as propaganda in the polls!

There are just a few rules you must abide by:

You may NOT submit someone else’s OCs, but you may send them this post and/or tag them in it so they may submit OCs themselves!

Any form of OC is acceptable! Sonic OCs, self inserts, characters in a story of your own creation, etc so long as they are yours (adopted characters are also welcome!)

The only exception to the above rule is I will NOT accept any OCs that were made for the HP universe OR the AOT universe. Please don’t fight me on this

you may submit multiple of your OCs, BUT, they must be from separate storylines. No two OCs that are able to interact (unless they’ve interacted in a temporary crossover form). And, of course, only submit the same OC one time! Once is all you need

If you have an OC, and your friend has an OC, and they exist in the same universe, they’re both still able to be submitted because they’re owned by different people!

The picture you submit of your OC must fall under one of the following categories: a piece of art that you’ve drawn, an image from a picrew, a picture of yourself cosplaying your OC, or a piece of art drawn by someone else (a commission, art request, art gift, etc)

Under no circumstances may you submit a picture of someone (a face claim) that you found on google images or wherever, as i do not know if they consent to having their likeness as part of this tournament

When the voting commences, there is to be absolutely NO making fun of or being hateful towards ANY of the characters in this tournament. Be civil and polite, I’m begging you

sorry my demons won and i made a new blog (i am aware that this has been done before, im just doing it because the people around my very tiny and obscure corner of the internet probably did not participate in it and also i want more chances for more sillies)

HERE ARE THE BASIC RULES !!

1. Fandom OCs are allowed, as long as they are not related to any canon characters

2. You can submit OCs in pairs, as long as it's clear that they go together and can't be separated

3. Uploading other people's art of your OC is fine, AS LONG AS YOU CREDIT THEM (Picrews are fine too! It's preferred that you have the link, but if you don't that's okay, just say that it isn't your art)

4. You're allowed to submit multiple OCs through the form, but please note that there will be a maximum of 2 of those OCs put in the actual bracket.

5. If you have gotten more than 150 notes on multiple of your artworks, then your submission will be invalidated!! Very sorry I'm sure your art is baller but this one's for the little guys :[

6. BANGING POTS AND PANS TOGETHER !!!!! REMEMBER THAT THIS IS ALL IN GOOD FUN !!!!! THIS IS TO CELEBRATE CREATION !!!!! NO ONE IS SAYING THAT CERTAIN OCS ARE BETTER THAN OTHERS, OR YOURS EITHER !!!!! if a duo is submitted and they dont seem like they absolutely have to be together, then i will enter the two of them separately or only have one or the other

completely original ocs will be prioritized over fandom ocs, and fandoms will be limited to 2 ocs per fandom

For the anniversaries of The List (S11E14; Nov. 14, 2007 onwards), we should just host a (vote/popularity based) tournament in the fandom for annual lists of our own. I think it’d be neat.

i have done commissions in the past on other platforms, but for now i am not taking them here. i'm not saying that i never will, because sometimes life is.. you know. Like That™️. but for now i'm steering clear of it to try and keep my passion up! 👍
