Sorry for the delay in getting this started, I've had some things going on.. here's how this is gonna go! Out of all of the characters submitted, 32 characters will make it to the full on tournament. Before that though, there will be 1v1v1v1 preliminary rounds to narrow things down! The only exceptions to the preliminary rounds are a handful of characters that got significantly more submissions than the rest, those being:

...This leaves 22 spots for 36 remaining characters to compete for! Please note that I'll only be allowing for a max two characters per source. Polls will start tomorrow!
