Ah, thank goodness she had decided to trouble someone more knowledgeable than herself. She wasn't in a hurry, no, but the prospect of having to ask a second person for directions seemed beyond daunting. "The Green Thumb Café," she repeated as if saying the words would somehow remind her of the location. It sounded familiar to the point where she could swear she had heard someone talk about the café, but that certainly didn't mean she had any idea where it was located or how she would get home.  After grabbing a beer && soft pretzel, Grayson had wandered over to the air hockey table. Decently buzzed enough before even cracking open the top of his drink, thanks to the half-joint still left in his back pocket for later he'd not finished yet - Gray felt unusually social, maybe homesick. Even though he’d bought his house nearly a year ago, he’d had yet to come fully out of his shell and explore the whole of the town; sleeping long hours through the daytime due to his night job as a nurse. Digging out a couple of quarters, Gray popped them in, and watched the lights come on to indicate a game was ready to begin. “ Best two outta three? ” He offered, holding out one of the paddles to hit the puck with. “ Winner buys drinks? ”

Zahra, the type to get lost in her own home town, had decided to wander off the beaten track - or just leave her own neighborhood - and had gotten lost the moment her map app lost signal. Her first instinct had been to just keep walking until her whole phone died, and now she was even more lost, and faced with a horrifying prospect. She would have to ask someone for help.

Deciding against stopping the first passer-by, she entered a café of some sort in the hopes of being able to charge her phone and look up some directions. Unfortunately the place was full with no free tables. She eventually swallowed her pride or anxiety or the combination of the two and asked if she could sit down at a table with a free chair. She wouldn't bother the stranger, simply charge her phone and figure out her location, then book it out as fast as possible.

"Excuse me. Could you tell me where I am?" she finally asked, flustered.

sitting underneath one of the many trees in the green, aileen was browsing home decor sites. they were moving onto remodeling the guest bedroom and needed some ideas. and budget-friendly ideas at that, having spent far too much on the main bedroom. On this overcast morning, Morgan grabbed a tote bag and headed over to the weekly farmers' market. She usually got most of her groceries at the supermarket but on occasion, she liked to try and buy from local farmers.
