Most of the remote companies that reach out to us need this 1 thing:
To build deeper connections within their teams. 📡
After all, once we close Slack/Teams, it almost vanishes. ✨
Even in person, teams don't build themselves. That explains some of the reluctance employers feel about hiring remotely. 👨🏾‍🚀
The truth is, the leadership is to blame for a disconnected team—remote or otherwise.
Your remote employees have never even met each other before. If you're lucky, you'll find people who can bring ease to your workplace.
But let's set a baseline. Let's assume everything sucked.
How can managers and executives build deep connections in a remote workplace? 🛰️
Create systems within systems.
Have you mapped out all your touchpoints?
Have you outlined procedures for every step of the business?
Down to the simplest action? 👀
With systems, you have clarity. With clarity, you have speed and freedom for creativity.
What your people are paid to do then is to show up and bring better results than you using the guides you've provided.
As an executive or manager, your job is to remove every bottleneck in the team's workflow, including weak systems.
Your focus is on systems.
If we dug into your team's bottlenecks today, we can trace each one to a dissonance between your employee, their task and your organisation. ⚖️
How you navigate that 3-way street becomes your systems. Are you listening?

Have you ever heard anyone say "the job market is so good right now!"? Of course not. They never say that.
Let's think about this for a second:
Where do remote companies get the money to pay you? 🤔
First, all businesses exist to make profit.
Second, not all businesses are profitable.
So where is the money?
Well,
Promising startups and high-growth businesses get or take on a lot of investment. 📈
Profitable businesses and megacorps also have money to spend. 💰
Before you get your hopes down by a random news bubble about the job market, understand this:
Businesses will NEVER stop trying to make profit.
So the places you should be looking for jobs, are with companies that are profitable already, or just got funded and want to grow.
You may choose the life of an employee, but that money must reach you. Keep your eyes on it.
