it's been days since the finale and i just thought of something. ctommy may have died in the end but he got the last laugh in a sense. he defeated cdream not through any physical means, it's by seeing him as a human being like him. and you know what hurts the most for cdream? knowing that despite being the so called god of the server, is that you will always be reminded that you are, and foremost, a human.

it's ctommy's words, compassion, his humanity that defeated cdream. never swords or shields or axes or even killing cpunz that can make him kneel in despair. it's the fact that your enemy, who was scared shitless of you, is the one who reminded that you're just a mere mortal and not a divine being.

and that's how, in my perspective, ctommy won the entire debacle between him and cdream. thank you for coming to my tedtalk.

i do find it interesting how deeply inniters hate this ending bc i dont understand why its so so shocking that its an ending where ctommy realizes the humanity in the ruins of a person when that is so perfect for his character its sickening

TommyInnit the most powerful motherfucker on that server like he looked at the man that has absolutely ruined his life and directed such cruelty at him that c!Tommy couldn't even wrap his head around it, and he said "you are just a simple man, I hurt you and I didn't even realize, but I understand now" and he fucking killed him. He killed the villain. Not with the nuke but with simple compassion and the willingness to try and understand. Somehow in the end he understood c!Dream better than c!Dream understood himself and that knowledge being passed onto c!Dream fucking shattered him. The man that yelled in raw panic as the sirens of the nuke grew louder was not the same man that stood in that cell mere minutes ago.

regarding about the finale of ctommy and this is based on summary because i have school shit to do.

don't just see the ending as a black and white thing but see it from an open perspective. the ending was quite vague and ambiguous actually. ive seen people be mad at how the creators depicted their characters in a way that exploited their experiences of abuse but at the same time, ive seen people who are glad that what ctommy went through and chose to UNDERSTAND why his abuser did the things he do as it is also the same actions they've done before with their own respective abusers.

don't get me wrong, the ending is not flawless, it still has its several problems and inconsistencies. but choosing to be mad at an ending between the main two and saying shit over it or cdream apologists saying that they're right the entire time while also mocking the events that happened to ctommy that could have happened to people in real life. those two aren't it chief.

as a victim of psychological and emotional abuse, i can see why my parents (who always put me and my esteem down every single day) thought that what they're doing is for the betterment of their children. but i can never forgive them for the mental scars they placed on me for years. and from what i see, it's the same thing for ctommy. of course, it is open to interpretation.

a victim can understand their abuser's motives but they can choose to condemn that abuser and never to forgive. ctommy understood why cdream did it, but never in his life will he choose to forgive him. even cctommy said so himself. "cdream is a psychopath" and what he did to ctommy is a general knowledge that those actions aren't and never will be forgivable.

just saw a transcript of the insta messages between amanda and dream, and good lord dream's messages is as dry as a raisin when exposed to sunlight. i literally typed like him during groupworks where my group mates are the ones i hate.

it's been almost 2 months since i have started this research and i have gathered more information.

first, tommy wasn't in last mcc but we got a scar dub so that's fine. second, there's no alliumduo for this mcc so there's a 40-60% chance that tommy might make it to dodgebolt in the halloween mcc. it seems like the curse still continues for both ranboo and tommy.

this research might need to extend its duration so patience is a key for gathering more data and waiting for the experiment to begin by scott smajor when he will announce next month's mcc teams.

end of day 58 research

since im seeing a pattern here of tommy making it to dodgebolt three in a row and not winning twice in a row, i think it's becoming the new version of the captain's curse. it would be solidify if his team makes it again next month and still lose.

with this theory, i shall call this curse as the duel curse where tommy's team makes it but never wins. with this, my hypothesis should be if ranboo is in tommy's team next mcc, then ranboo would break his 3rd place curse and most likely negate his curse with the duel curse thus winning the next mcc.

this experiment would be tested next month and the timeframe is only limited to said month unless a non-canon event occurs in september. results and discussion will be observed and interpreted in the end of mcc25 as per the framework i have set up.

conclusions for this experiment will depend on the events and thus would be the time where i have to reject or accept my hypothesis.

i really hope that this entire shitshow made dream realize to stop being too parasocial with his fans. to stop having small conversations with them online even if it's for casual chatting. to stop enabling his stans or at least put his foot down and make his stance when it comes to them.

the only fan to cc interaction i could think of that won't flame him online would be during public events such as twitchcon, vidcon, a merch signing event, etc.

like this is just my opinion on the entire fan conversation debate he did or still doing (which kinda doubted me that he still does this today cuz bro you just face revealed and you're a massive cc???) before this whole debacle.

im going to ask cuz based on her doxxing herself, she's 18 this year. what im asking is where are her parents, where are the adults in her life that can help her or at least guide her in the legality section of the situation? by technicality, this happened when she was still under her parents' roof (based on the settings and look of her room in her video), so where are they when she apparently needed them the most? shouldn't the parents demand an answer from dream because the victim is their child? shouldn't they make a statement about it and not just from her boyfriend???

she's either in her senior year or a fresh graduate from high school but what will happen to her if her claims are false? having a criminal record (in my country and most likely other asian countries as well) in your student record is a red flag for colleges to not accept you or even alert other schools of your misdemeanors thus lowering your chances in attending an university. and from the looks of her story, this going to be a likely outcome for her and i don't know if im going to sympathize for her when she did that on her own volition if she's proven to be in the wrong.
